It's the battle of the Long Island Lolitas!

Lindsay Lohan has had a tough year - let's face it, a tough couple years! But getting put in jail and a subsequent fourth stint in rehab really takes the cake. 'Nuff said!

But then there's Jersey Shore's resident troublemaker Snooki. The reality show star was arrested a month ago for disorderly conduct on a New Jersey beach and today pleaded guilty - her punishment? A $500 fine and community service.

Judge Damian G. Murray also made a point to call the 22-year-old a "Lindsay Lohan wannabe." And we don't think he intended it as a compliment! But maybe Snooks does admire the New York native in some ways, and hopes to star in a Mean Girls-ish movie. You never know!

Question is, are LiLo and Snooki even able to be considered role models at this stage of the game? And which celeb is worse off?

They say no white after Labor Day (but that doesn't reaaally apply to the folks in LA), but yesterday it was positively dreary in southern California, so we weren't shocked to see starlets like Jessica Biel and Lindsay Lohan rocking tall boots as they went about their daily routines.
