Katy Perry may be a California Gurl but her heart also belongs to England!

The Teenage Dream singer says she's going to apply for British citizenship after marrying fiance Russell Brand.

"When I get married next month, one of the first things I'll do is apply for dual citizenship," Katy said while in the UK promoting her new album, calling England her "second home."

But she may not qualify right away. She'll have to prove that she's lived in the UK for at least three years after becoming Mrs. Brand to become a British subject, reports The Sun.

And considering that 3.25 million dollar home the funnyman purchased for Katy here in LA, we hope she won't become a permanent English transplant like Madonna!

Vienna Girardi may not be America's sweetheart, but she's got all sorts of hot men lining up for her! Her latest arm candy is hottie Matt Nordgren, and we snapped the duo making a grand entrance at Voyeur last night. Vienna showed off her slick new bob, and we have to say, we're digging her new look as much as we're digging her new man!

Lindsay Lohan is staging her comeback and that comeback includes a NEW ALBUM, a source close to the singer-actress tells X17online.com exclusively.

And, going the way of her music producer bro Mark, DJ Samantha Ronson is "running the creative process" for the album, we're told. Lindsay's ex-girlfriend has even co-written three of the tracks and guess who's signed on to get a record deal for Linds ... Britney's manager Larry Rudolph!

Rudolph will be the brains behind the project, as X17 reported last week that he was trying to inject himself into Lindsay's life. He and Brit's former "spokesperson" Lou Taylor are trying to revive Lindsay's fledgling career and if her acting in Machete doesn't do it for her, I guess Larry thinks music will.

Neither Rudolph nor Taylor have responded to our request for comment on the matter.

Chris Klein was sentenced this morning to four days in jail for his second DUI in June, time that the actor has already served.

Chris was awarded the mandatory minimum sentencing for a repeat DUI offender, as well as four years of probation, and must also install an ignition interlock device on his car to prevent him from driving while intoxication.

Klein, whose blood alcohol level was tested at three times over the legal limit, issued a heartfelt apology to the judge.

"I apologize for my wrongdoing and I really appreciate that the court gave me the opportunity to prove how seriously I took all of this," Chris said in court this morning.

Chris checked himself into rehab for two months on his own accord following his most recent arrest.

Angelina Jolie was snapped taking twins Vivienne and Knox to see Brad Pitt at the studio yesterday during his lunch break, and it looks like the hunky actor was in for a sweet surprise!

Angie and the twins only stayed for 30 minutes, and an X17 photog on the scene tells X17online exclusively:

"Angelina was totally hands-on. She didn't have a nanny with her -- she carried in Knox and then came back to the chauffeured car for Viv. Angie was in such a good mood and the kids seemed so happy. At one point, Vivienne pushed her blanket into her mom's mouth and Angelina just laughed and went along with it. She loves to play with the kids and has a really good sense of humor with them."
