As if her recent arrest and charge with felony possession of cocaine isn't enough to worry about, Paris Hilton is now facing a $160,000 fine for failing to fulfill her contractual duties on the 2006 film Pledge This.

The producers of the flop sued Paris for breach of contract after she refused to promote the movie in Russia and the UK, and yesterday a Miami judge ruled that she indeed failed to live up to her obligations, reports the AP.

Although producers of the film were initially seeking $8.3 million dollars, they've reduced the amount of damages to just $160,000.

The judge says he wants to review her contract before ruling on just how much Paris will be required to pay up.

George Clooney spent several minutes outside of Robert DeNiro's LA eaterie Ago last night signing autographs and posing for pictures with fans, much to the annoyance of girlfriend Elisabetta Canalis!

The Italian beauty looked extremely bothered as she had to wait for her uber-famous boyfriend to greet his fans as they left the swanky restaurant.

At least George seemed unfazed by both his rabid fans and high maintenance girlfriend, cracking jokes in typical Clooney fashion as they headed to the car.

Former Insider host Pat O'Brien, who left the show in a disgrace after taped telephone conversations where he was caught having a graphic conversation about sex and drugs with his alleged mistress were exposed, has decided to dispense his advice to troubled starlet Lindsay Lohan -- in an open letter.

In the letter posted on THR, Pat implores Lindsay to "Do us all a favor and take a snapshot of your life on this Friday, Sept. 3, 2010."

"I've been through it, Lindsay," says O'Brien, who also went to rehab. "For me, there has been no jail, no courtroom antics, no ankle bracelet and, thankfully, I don't have the paparazzi snapping my every move. But I, too, have the same demons you have, and it's no fun."

"But there is good news and bad news about these demons," the wizened O'Brien says. "The bad news is that they never go away: We're wired differently. The good news is that with a certain amount of willingness, structure and personal inventory, those demons can be arrested. And the ones who survive, like myself so far, are the ones who accept that these are the cards that were handed us and we don't have to always gamble our lives away."

He then goes on to slam his former employers ("Yeah, The Insider really wanted to do a story on your closet!") and ask Lilo for a coffee date sometime soon ("I suggest the nearest Starbucks.")

Montana Fishburne is ready to put some clothes on ... and show off her acting chops.

The 18-year-old daughter of Laurence Fishburne says that since her porn debut, Hollywood is now calling. She tells The Hollywood Reporter:

"I'm actually getting a lot of mainstream offers. They are acting roles. I'm open to scripted and reality. It just all depends on what the project it is. If something truly interests me, I'll get super involved and want to make it happen."

Fishburne, who reportedly made $250K for the skin flick, was very public about admitting that she hoped to mold her career after Kim Kardashian, who also starred in a sex tape. She adds:

"Kim Kardashian's sex tape was released, but she still got past that. Even though she got all that negative attention for it, she still has all these other ventures going on now. That is what I want to emulate: having a tape come out and still being seen as a positive person. Not just, 'She's a porn star.'"

As for her strained relationship with her famous dad, Montana says:

"Until he respects me and accepts me for who I am, I don't think we will have much of a relationship."

Montana Fishburne aka Chippy D's sex tape was released on August 18.

Jesse James and Kat Von D have been trying to keep their relationship undercover for months, but after we snapped them holding hands together in Texas, the Monster Garage and LA Ink stars decided to stop hiding and stepped out together last night at her Wonderland Gallery opening in Hollywood!

X17online spotted Jennifer Aniston and her boyfriend Christopher Gartin enjoying a romantic dinner at Madeo Ristorante last night.

You may remember, we were the first to catch the two at the beginning of July, hiding from our cameras as they left Jen's favorite dinner spot, the Terrace restaurant at Sunset Towers. Gartin is a friend of Jen's BFF Courteney Cox after he worked with Cox's hubby David Arquette on the 1996 film Johns. Gartin is divorced.

As for their date last night, our photographer tells us: "Jen and her boyfriend were trying so hard not to be spotted. They arrived together in a black BMW and then left separately and one of them was hiding under a white towel in the back seat of an Audi."

But we're told that inside the restaurant the two weren't hiding. They had a private table away from the front windows and enjoyed a bottle of wine and good conversation. A source inside the restaurant tells us: "Jennifer was laughing and very comfortable with Chris. They're an absolutely striking couple."

Yesterday we spotted LeAnn Rimes leaving a pal's house in Santa Monica, and the country cutie wasn't exactly rainbows and sunshine when she left, but maybe she was just pining for her hunky man candy? We'd be going through withdrawals too!
