Paris Hilton has now been banned from the Wynn and Encore resorts, according to a rep at the Vegas hotel.

This news comes just as the Wynn properties fired Paris' boyfriend, Cy Waits, from his position as head of nightclub operations.

Waits' Escalade was pulled over by cops last Friday in Vegas after they smelled marijuana smoke coming from the car. Paris Hilton was with him at the time. Waits was arrested and charged with a DUI, while Paris was charged with possession of cocaine.

Vivid CEO Steven Hirsch tells X17online:

"I was contacted by a rep for Spencer who said Heidi isn't interested in releasing any tapes."

Hirsch adds that Spencer's rep also told him, "Spencer's not interested in further destroying their relationship by pursuing an avenue she's so vehemently against."
