While certain other starlets are getting into all sorts of mischief (not mentioning names, of course), Jay Leno decided to ask Kim Kardashian how she stays out of trouble and keeps her name clean. While Kim does kinda throw her two sisters Kourtney and Khloe under the bus, she explains that she's the responsible one of the group and she simply "hates the taste of alcohol."

Last night Lindsay Lohan headed to one of her fav haunts, the Chateau Marmont, and rather than staying out until the wee hours of the morning, the starlet ended up returning to her home around 10:30pm.

Lilo was joined by several friends, and while we're not sure what time the gang went to bed, it sure seems like she's taking it easy! In her recent Vanity Fair interview, the starlet said, "I want the respect that I had when I was doing great movies. And if that takes not going out to a club at night, then so be it. It's not fun anyway. I don't care. It's the same thing every time." Is Lilo finally stepping it up and acting responsible?

"A club would want to book her because of the press it would generate right now, but it would never happen because no one wants to jeopardize gaming licensing or liquor licensing."

Paris, who was paid $125,000 to host her 25th birthday in Vegas, could see a big chunk of her income disappear.

But Paris' fame doesn't just extend to the 50 states. She's widely popular overseas, where drug use can be more tolerated. In fact, she was let go with not even a slap on the wrist after reportedly being caught with pot in South Africa, then Corsica (Paris denied any involvement both times.)

And even if she does get jail time, will she come out even bigger and better than before? After all, Lindsay Lohan was sent to jail for almost two weeks and then rehab for three, and she was just on the cover of Vanity Fair!
