Lady Gaga rolled out a new song during her Monster Ball tour in St. Paul, Minnesota last night, a melancholy ballad called "Living on the Radio."

A somewhat classic theme of the artist on the road, Gaga sings "Baby, you've got a friend/ And so many little monsters/ Keep living on the radio/ And when there's nowhere to go/ And all your friends are gone/ And you've only got your daddy to call/ You're gonna be alright, honey/ Because your songs are on the radio."

This is the second track she's previewed during her tour from her as-yet untitled forthcoming album. The first being "You and I" that she previewed in June during June at Elton John's White Tie and Tiara ball.

Katy Perry arrived for dinner at L'Avenue restaurant in Paris last night, and not only are we (still) loving her colorful dip dyed locks, but that dress? It's almost as pretty as a Monet, and on Katy's hot bod we think it's a total winner. The only thing missing is her arm candy Russell Brand!

Well, they DO live in the same apartment building, but it looks like even Lindsay Lohan's red hot lady love Eilat can't stop her from thinking about ex-girlfriend Samantha Ronson!

Last night we snapped Samantha leaving The Dime club at 2:20 AM after spinning some tunes, and Lindsay just so happened to be there with Eilat. Just as Sam was leaving, Lindsay decided it was time to head home too, and though it seems like Sam was able to ditch her, we're guessing she received some angry texts a few minutes later!

Animal Control told X17 it was actually Sam's dog that was attacked and that neither animal had serious injuries but the opposite appears to be true -- Sam's large bulldog apparently killed a small Maltese in the apartment building in West Hollywood that she shares with her ex-girlfriend Lindsay Lohan.

Question: When one dog kills another, doesn't the attacker automatically have to be put down? And why wasn't Sam controlling her dog? Sad ...

DWTS starts September 20 on ABC. We can't wait to see who'll be paired up! And will "The Situation" have two left abs?

Looks like Lindsay "Good Girl" Lohan is trying to put the weekend behind her!

After getting stopped by the cops Saturday evening - the rehabilitated 24-year-old sped through a stop sign, but the police let her go with a warning - LiLo is trying to make things right. First she checked in with her probation officer in Santa Monica this morning, and just now Linds visited a medical building in Beverly Hills, which we presume has something to do with her random drug testing?

Meanwhile, will Lindsay and her good girl self be comforting ex girlfriend turned BFF Samantha Ronson? SamRo had some dog drama earlier this afternoon and, as both girls live in the same apartment building, I'm sure LiLo will make a point to stop by!

Question is, how long until the starlet goes out to her first club after leaving jail and rehab? The clock is ticking!

After touring all summer with her band, The Pretty Reckless, Taylor Momsen has returned to work on the set of Gossip Girl.

Even though she's still wearing black, Taylor has ditched the garter belt, the black makeup and hooker heels and actually looks somewhat like an Upper East-sider!

She's also ditched the dark attitude. Taylor even gave us a smile and a wave as she walked to set.

So is the rest just an act too?
