We reported earlier that Lindsay Lohan, fresh out of jail and rehab, already got stopped by her first cop last night! The actress was so keen on getting back to the Chateau Marmont she forgot to stop at a stop sign... and a police officer caught her!

Thankfully for Linds, she just got a warning. But phew! That was close. Be more careful next time around, girl.
