After going shopping together, pop princess Britney Spears and her boyfriend Jason Trawick took a break from their romantic vacay in Maui on Saturday to have a cig on the hotel balcony.

Paris Hilton turned down the opportunity to be chauffeured around town in a limo just hours before her arrest last night.

Alicia Jacobs, an entertainment reporter for KSNV, who spent the afternoon interviewing Hilton at Color Salon at Caeser's Palace yesterday, says that Paris was offered a limo for the night, but the heiress turned it down.

Apparently Paris was picked up by the car at Waits' house and driven to the hotel for an interview. The car offered to stay with her when it dropped her back off at Waits' home, but Paris declined.

"When the limo took her back to Waits', she was asked if she wanted the limo to wait for her," Jacobs told E! "But Hilton said, 'No, my boyfriend will be driving us tonight.'"

Unfortunately for Waits, that might have been the difference between a DUI and nothing. Of course, cops didn't pull him over for driving recklessly, it was for the smell of marijuana smoke wafting from the car, so it's possible that Paris' result would have been the same.

The heiress was released early this morning after being booked for possession of cocaine, which a source tells X17online, was not Paris'. Her attorney issued a statement warning the public not to "rush to judgement" on the matter.

Megan Fox and hubby Brian Austin Green, who tied the knot in Hawaii earlier this summer, spiced up their marriage with a trip to Pinches Tacos yesterday.

Although they don't look overwhelmingly happy (they never do!) it seems as if things are going relatively well for the couple at the moment.

Now that BFF Ashley Tisdale is up in Vancouver filming her new show Hellcats, Vanessa Hudgens had to find a new blonde to accompany her to brunch!

Vanessa just got off a stellar turn as Mimi in RENT at the Hollywood Bowl, and is next going to be appearing in the edgy action fantasy Sucker Punch.

Ahh, how they've grown! Let's just hope they don't grow apart!

The actor donned a nice clean blue suit for a scene in his upcoming movie, Arthur, the remake of the Dudley Moore movie also starring Jennifer Garner.

Fantasia Barrino stepped back on the stage last night for a duet with Snoop Dogg at The Palms Pool & Bungalows on Friday night part of the Superdraft weekend.

The appearance was her first since her suicide attempt earlier this month, which Fantasia admits was no accident.

Fantasia was also in town promoting her new album, Back To Me, and fighting off rumors that she's pregnant with lover Antwaun Cook's child.
