It's official, y'all.

Lady GaGa has officially surpassed Britney Spears to become the queen of Twitter, having more followers than any other star on the social networking site. (As of press time, she has 5,694,866 followers while Britney has 5,680,490.)

And the self-proclaimed "GaGaTwitterQueen" celebrated by posing with some of her biggest fans: Gene Simmons and KISS.

"KISS the Queen," she wrote after capturing the top spot, a nod to both the famous rock band and her new reign over Twitter.

Simmons has referred to GaGa as "the female version" of his group, saying "I love the vibe, the big mouth and the big visuals. She's the most exciting thing to happen since us. She's a female version of us."

The pix once again fuel rumors of a collabo between GaGa and the group -- that would be wild!

Heidi Montag tweeted yesterday that she was "crying" over news her ex planned on going ahead and releasing a sex tape they made while married.

Spencer, on the other hand, has no remorse about his plans to reveal even more than we ever wanted to see in an XXX-rated video of him and Heidi having marital relations.

"I've been making films since I was in the 7th grade," Spencer told Us. "I'm looking forward to people seeing my directorial debut!"

Steven Hirsch, founder and co-chairman of Vivid Entertainment, confirmed to X17online yesterday that he was "in negotiations" with Pratt about the tape and was "hopeful that everything can be worked out."

Angelina Jolie took her darling two-year-old twins, Knox and Vivienne, with her on a location scout today in Budapest for her upcoming directorial debut on a film about about a Serbian soldier who rapes a Bosnian woman during the war in Yugoslavia in the early 1990s. Angelina will also take the female lead in the film as well.

Jolie's been in Europe promoting her starring turn in Salt with the twins while Brad stays home with the rest of their brood.

But soon the entire family will move to the Hungarian city dubbed the "Paris of the East" when shooting starts on the film in November (some will also be shot in Belgrade, Serbia.)

Angelina was apparently inspired to shoot this story after visiting refugee camps in Bosnia with Brad this spring.
