They may appear like the perfect rock 'n' roll couple, but a source tells X17online exclusively that Gwen Stefani and Gavin Rossdale are anything but -- and that Gwen's been trashing him in songs written for the new No Doubt album!

Gwen's been busy writing and recording with her multi-platinum, uber-successful group, but Gavin hasn't been happy about the tone her songs have taken.

"A lot of the new songs are about Gavin and what a jerk he is," says our source. "They're so negative, he finally had to tell her 'No more songs about me!'"

Gwen always wrote about her relationships in the past, with the bittersweet ballads "Don't Speak" and "Cool" about ex Tony Kanal, and even though she's expressed her feelings towards Gavin in song before (with "Ex-Girlfriend" and "Simple Kind of Life"), this is far worse than anything we've heard previously, says our source.

"Gwen was pissed that Courtney Love recently blabbed about her affair with Gavin. Gwen knew they had been together, but not right before their wedding," says the insider. "Some of the songs call him out for being a cheater!"

But even though their marriage isn't picture-perfect, our source says that Gwen still wants to expand their family. "Gwen is 40 and desperate to have another child," says the spy, who tells us Gwen and everyone around her are totally mum on whether she will become a mom again.

The Switch star Juliette Lewis changed up her look with a shock of blue hair at the movie's premiere in Hollywood last night.

In the film, Juliette plays the BFF to Jennifer Aniston's character, which wasn't at all awkward despite the fact that they share an ex: Brad Pitt!

"There's an obvious history we share but while we didn't share stories about Brad, we did have an instant connection and mutual affection," Juliette Lewis recently said about their work together on the film, adding "I love her."

True Blood's Alexander Skaarsgard, Anna Paquin and real-life fiance Stephen Moyer, are wearing nothing but blood on the cover of Rolling Stone's September issue.

Moyer, pictured on the right, talks about what makes vampires so irresistably sexy. He tells the mag:

"If we go from a base level, vampires create a hole in the neck where there wasn't one before. It's a de-virginization...creating blood and then drinking the virginal blood. And there's something sharp, the fang, which is probing and penetrating and moving into it. So that's pretty sexy."

Eva Longoria and hubby Tony Parker were cheating on their restaurant Beso last night, heading down the street to dine at Katsuya in Hollywood.

I guess you can't have Latin food every night (although I could, especially if it's from Beso), so the couple decided to go to sushi instead.

Eva kept her hand on her toned tummy as she was leaving. If her belly weren't so flat we'd think it may be a hint she was carrying something other than yummy sushi in there!

Steven Slater, the JetBlue flight attendant that made news around the world after publicly quitting his job, is ready to take on Hollywood ... and he has enlisted the help of power publicist, Howard Bragman.

Bragman, who has also represented Monica Lewinsky and Oksana Grigorieva, spoke out on why Slater, who's openly gay, selected him for representation. The publicist tells The Hollywood Reporter:

"I know that people find the concept of a gay flight attendant shocking, but it's true. The fact that I've represented many gay clients merely helped Steven feel comfortable working with me. We actually went together last weekend to Las Vegas to see Barry Manilow."

Slater, 38, has reportedly been offered numerous reality show offers, book deals and interviews.

Bragman says in addition to being Slater's publicist, he will also help the former flight attendant with his criminal charges. He adds:

"I think he's an interesting character, and I don't think America knows him. I think they're going to like this guy. He's very charming and very intelligent. I think there is real potential in him, but that's secondary. Our first responsibility is the charges. If I didn't believe in this guy, I wouldn't be here."

Slater was arraigned a week ago today on felony charges of reckless endangerment and criminal mischief stemming from last Monday's JetBlue incident.

Heidi Montag is "devastated" over the death of Dr. Frank Ryan, the man who transformed the reality star with 10 plastic surgery procedures in one day.

She writes on Twitter:

"I am devastated to hear the news of Dr. Frank Ryan's death. He was the most amazing person I have ever known.

He was an angel and changed my life and the lives of everyone he met. He was the most brilliant talented surgeon who will ever exist. Dr. Frank Ryan changed the world.

My thoughts and prayers go out to his mother, family, friends, and anyone who was ever blessed enough to meet him. He is in a better place."

Kim Kardashian, looking lovelier than ever on the September cover of Allure Magazine, opened up about body image and body hair in the new interview.

When talking about posing for Playboy, Kim said, "It's nothing that I regret -- being on the cover of Playboy is very iconic. I was like, 'OK, I'm proud to do this and to show people that I don't have to be stick-skinny to be looked at as a sex symbol, and to me that's not what's attractive anyway.' So I was all for it, although I was very nervous."

But luckily she didn't have to do any pruning for Playboy -- because Kim is completely hairless.

"I am Armenian, so of course I am obsessed with laser hair removal! Arms, bikini, legs, underarms...my entire body is hairless," Kim said.

She also dished about that infamous sex tape -- you know, the one that Montana Fishburne wanted to emulate?

"Not my most proud moment," Kim admitted. "It was humiliating. But now let's move on. Not that I don't think it's [no one's] business, but I think I've done a good job of replacing negative things with positive things."

And one of those "positive things" is her career in reality television, which started way back in grade school.

"In elementary school, The Real World came on and I was like, That's it! I know I want to be on a reality show," she remembers. "And I was like, OK, when I'm old enough, I will make an audition tape."

Although her Real World ambitions were never realized, she's not only embarking on Season 5 of Keeping Up With The Kardashians, but producing her own series, The Spin Crowd!

Dr. Frank Ryan, who recently performed 10 surgeries on reality star Heidi Montag, was killed after his jeep plunged off the side of Pacific Coast Highway yesterday afternoon at 4:30pm.

Police say the surgeon, 50, was trapped in the driver's seat and suffered fatal head injuries. Although helicopters tried to airlift him, Dr. Ryan was pronounced dead at the scene.

The doctor's dog, Jill, was with him at the time of the crash ... and although the Border Collie suffered head injuries, she survived. Ironically, just before the wreck, Dr. Ryan tweeted this picture and the following messages:

"After 25 years of driving by, I finally hiked to the top of the giant sand dune on the pch west of malibu. Much harder than it looks! Whew!"
