Heather Locklear was hospitalized for minor injuries after crashing her Porsche into a ditch in Thousand Oaks, California, on Thursday, TMZ reports. Authorities say the actress was sober and no drugs or alcohol were involved, but it's still unclear what caused the accident.

The Melrose Place star has struggled with substance abuse and has had multiple vehicle incidents in the past.

She was arrested for suspicion of driving under the influence of prescription pills in 2008, and again in 2010 for a misdemeanor hit-and-run. In 2012, she was rushed to the hospital after mixing alcohol and Rx meds, just months after ending her engagement to actor Jack Wagner.

We're wishing her a speedy recovery!

Fergie and Josh Duhamel are separating after eight years of marriage, they announced today.

"With absolute love and respect we decided to separate as a couple earlier this year. To give our family the best opportunity to adjust, we wanted to keep this a private matter before sharing it with the public. We are and will always be united in our support of each other and our family," they said in a joint statement to media outlets.

The pair are parents to 4-year-old son Axl. They began dating in 2004 and tied the knot in 2009.

Behati Prinsloo announced she's expecting her second child with husband Adam Levine on Instagram yesterday, exactly a year after they welcomed daughter Dusty Rose. "Round 2..." she captioned a bikini photo of her baby belly. Cute!
