Barbra Streisand is speaking out on the recent photos of Jennifer Aniston in Harper's Bazaar ... in which the actress channels the legendary singer.

Ms. Streisand released the following statement on her website:

"I was very flattered that Jennifer Aniston chose to interpret my style with the photos in Harper's Bazaar. She's a delightful person, and I think she did a wonderful job. If only she had a bump on her nose."

I guess it's true ... imitation is the best form of flattery.
