Last night we spotted Ali and Dina Lohan leaving the Ronald Regan Medical Center at UCLA after visiting Lindsay, and we're not sure why Lilo is making such a big fuss about not being able to see her family if she gets to see them every day she's in rehab! Then again, 90 days without Twitter must be the worst kind of withdrawal ever -- we haven't seen a tweet from Lilo since July 19, the night before she checked into Lynwood...

Yesterday we spotted Britney Spears at the mall in Beverly Hills, and rather than shopping for bling or grabbing a coffee, the pop princess headed to a candy shop to get a sugar rush. Or perhaps she was picking up some sweets for her sons Jayden James and Sean Preston?

Hilary Duff made it to the gym on Tuesday afternoon and she flashed us a quickie smile on the way out, but we're not sure why she's wearing a pair of fleecy UGGs! Wouldn't flip flops have been more appropriate? She's totally pulling a Britney here!

Bachelorette sweetheart Ali Fedotowsky and her fiance Roberto Martinez were spotted lunching and shopping in Beverly Hills today, and the reality TV stars couldn't seem to get enough of the attention as they smiled and showed off the rock on Ali's finger. Hopefully they're as crazy about each other as they are about the press they're getting!

Britney's music producer Rodney "Darkchild" Jerkins, who is reportedly working on the mom's next studio album, had this to say during a recent Ustream session: "Britney fans are gonna be so happy in a few weeks." Does that mean new music is on its way? Hope so!

A new Spears album had been rumored for this summer, but no tracks have surfaced yet. We did, however, spot our girl Brit at a recording studio in LA just last month! So keep your fingers crossed.

Bruce and Demi's daughter Rumer Willis picked up some food and drinks at Urth Caffe yesterday afternoon with her sexy beau, Micah Alberti, in tow and all we can say is that we're extremely jealous.
