Charlie Sheen was sentenced to 30 days in rehab at Promises in Malibu today in Aspen after pleading no contest to misdemeanor assault stemming from the Christmas day scuffle he got into with his estranged wife Brooke Mueller.

But Charlie checked himself into rehab earlier this year, just months after the fight that landed him in trouble with the Aspen PD, and the judge has given him credit for "time served" which means he'll spend barely any additional time at Promises.

Charlie was arrested on Christmas day after a fight with Mueller at their vacation home in Aspen turned ugly. She called 911 in the early morning of December 25th, claiming Charlie had threatened her with a knife. Charlie has pleaded "no contest" to the misdemeanor charge.

Charlie had initially agreed to a work release program as part of his plea deal, where was to "coach" actors in a local theater called Theatre Aspen. But after that deal fell through, his lawyers were able to negotiate the Promises deal, which means he'll miss no time at all on his hit TV show, Two and a Half Men.

Lauren Conrad pulled the plug on her first clothing collection and launched a second, more affordable line of basics at Kohl's with her LC Lauren Conrad label, and now she's making plans for a third line of ladies' apparel.

Lauren hosted a party at Tao Beach in Las Vegas over the weekend, and she told People, “It’s a contemporary women’s line. Where Kohl’s is a lot of daywear, it’s a lot of basics. This will be more specialty basics, more of a boutique line. It will be at a higher price point. It will be very different." Wait, didn't her first line get yanked because the price point was too high?

Lauren doesn't seem bothered that her first foray into the world of fashion failed for that same reason, and she's thrilled to be launching something a little dressier. "It’s one thing to work with a huge retailer like Kohl’s and there is so much you get to do, but there is a little more of a thrill of doing it on your own," she said. "It’s a lot more work, it’s a lot more stressful, but it’s something I love doing so I’m really looking forward to it.”

Lindsay Lohan's mom Dina is speaking out for the first time since Lindsay was released from jail early this morning and she wants the world to know that her daughter is "in good hands."

"Lindsay is doing well, and is appreciative of the hundreds of well-wishers she has received," Dina told Radar. "Lindsay is with the utmost professionals and is in very good hands."

And even though Lindsay was escorted straight from prison to rehab, as X17online reported this morning, one perk of being at the UCLA Medical Center is that Dina no longer has to communicate with Lindsay through thick glass.

"I was finally able to hug my daughter [last night] after two long weeks of speaking to her from behind a glass wall," Dina said.

Lindsay is currently on day one of her 90-day rehab sentence. The starlet had planned on attending the posher Morningside facility in Newport Beach until the last-minute switch to UCLA. It's rumored that Lindsay is in the psychiatric ward of UCLA Medical Center, a tough, lock-down facility that her father described as "like being in jail again."

Justin Bieber's latest music video for Love Me is a shout out to his young fans all over the world. For this new single, the teen sensation has re-mixed the 1996 song Lovefool ... originally sung by The Cardigans.
