Dr. Conrad Murray and his family were spotted on vacation in Miami, and even though Murray is the lone doctor charged with involuntary manslaughter in Michael Jackson's death investigation, he looked relaxed and happy as he soaked up the Florida sunshine.

On Friday afternoon we spotted Vanessa Hudgens leaving a rehearsal for RENT at the Hollywood Bowl, and the actress caught our attention in a pair of leopard print pants. Normally we're not wild about incorporating the jungle into your daily wardrobe, but we'll give Zac Efron's lady love a pass on this one -- she actually looks pretty cute!

We weren't exactly shocked when Heidi Montag's lawyer confirmed that the 23-year-old had filed for divorce from hubby Spencer Pratt today, so we shouldn't be all that surprised that Spencer is already speaking out about the split.

"I love Heidi but our marriage was a show – it was part of The Hills world," Pratt said in a statement. "And that world is on a sound stage." Spencer then referred to himself in the third person and said, "It's clear that reality TV-fame-loving Spencer Pratt does not fit with my ex-wife Heidi Montag's ambitions for a motion picture actor/pop star career and being a single sex symbol for the world. Some say if you can't handle the heat get out of the kitchen, Well, Heidi couldn't handle King Spencer's fame so she got out of the marriage."

Heidi has yet to speak about the matter, and when asked for a comment, her lawyer simply said, "Heidi is going through a difficult time."

Just a few hours ago, Spencer tweeted:

Starting a new life on earth today. I think I will start by building my spacecraft to go live on MARS. Heard they are casting for realityTV ... This will be one of the best weekends of my life. You should all join me with that intention. This is the weekend of re-starts and takeovers."

Somehow, we have a feeling that the drama won't end with the signing of a few legal documents...

Yesterday Jennifer Love Hewitt met up with ex-boyfriend Jamie Kennedy at The Good Earth in Studio City, and when we snapped the actress leaving, she was definitely not in the mood to cheese it up for the cameras.

Lunching with your ex isn't the best idea (especially when you're dating someone new...it's being reported that J. Love is now dating actor Alex Beh), so we're not sure what went down, but clearly the two weren't interested in reconciling...

Jersey Shore star Snooki was arrested for disorderly conduct on the beach earlier this afternoon in Seaside Heights, New Jersey, but she has since been released. A few hours ago J-Woww tweeted, "Going to bail @Sn00ki out of jail... The things I do for this girl, I swear."

Chief of Police Thomas J. Boyd released the following statement:

"On Friday at approximately 15:23 hours, Nicole Polizzi was acting in a disorderly matter while on the beach. Miss Polizzi was escorted from the beach by patrolmen and placed under arrest for disorderly conduct near the boardwalk. She was transported to police headquarters and later released on a summons."

The reality TV starlet will get a court date, but she didn't have to pay bail to get out of jail. A spokesperson for the police department added that she will pay a fine when assessed by a judge later.

Yesterday we spotted Jennifer Garner leaving a meeting in West Hollywood, and the actress was dressed like she was trying out for the role of a female trucker. Not exactly her best look, but we can't expect the actress to be red carpet ready ALL the time, can we?

Heidi Klum, who's been living in New York filming the latest season of Project Runway for Lifetime, packed up her kids and her bags and headed out of New York this afternoon.

Even though she's no longer Auf Wiedersehen-ing for Bravo, she still does have a connection to the network who launched her TV career.

Don't get us wrong, the mom-to-be still looks as gorgeous as ever, but one minute she was tiny and fighting villains on Heroes, the next minute she's bumpin!
