Michael Lohan is fighting back after receiving a cease and desist letter from the attorney of his ex Kate Major. Major is accusing Lohan of selling a nude picture of her without permission.

In the cease and desist letter to Lohan, it reads:

"We have recently become aware that you are illegally selling or offering for sale one or more nude photographs of Ms. Major to kikster LLC and other websites. On behalf of Ms. Major, we hereby demand that you immediately cease and desist such illegal activity. By making these photographs available to kikster LLC and other websites, you have acted in intentional and flagrant violation of her rights."

Lohan sent the following response to X17online exclusively:

"After receiving a cease and desist letter from Kate's attorney, I called (in
representation of myself), to inform him that the money she used to retain
him was money Kate stole from me( written proof, bank records and tapes will
be released). Once more, Kate even admitted to my mother that she "took" the
money.

I also wanted to inform him that court officers in suffolk county stated
that there was nothing wrong with Kates arm or anything else when she walked
through the metal detectors. As long as Kate rectifies what she has done, I will drop everything and not pursue legal remedies.

It funny how she uses money she steals and extorts from people to hire
lawyers to make more. WOW. I think she can retire from being a, escort. She
found a new career as an extortionist instead of an exhibitionist. Sorry
Daddy stole your money Kate. I have my own kids to worry about. Not rob."

And I'm pretty sure it was on purpose! Alektra Blue took a break from starring in porn movies to put on a see-through top and head out to dinner at Katsuya last night...
