Shawn Chapman Holley was seen visiting Lindsay Lohan at Lynwood on Tuesday afternoon, and the starlet's lawyer briefly chatted with photogs on the way in and out of the jail. When asked how Lindsay was doing, Holley told photographers, "She's a little upset right now. The issue is how much time she will have once she's released before she has to do the second part of her sentence, which is rehab. She'd obviously like to spend some time her family."

Prosecutors confirmed yesterday that Lindsay must report to a rehabilitation facility 24 hours after her release from jail, but Holley is concerned "there's a push now for her to go directly to rehab from jail." Holley added, "I think it would only be fair for her to spend some time with her family and that’s what she’d like for me to emphasize to the judge."

Holley also said that she didn't know when Lindsay would be released, but that she looked good and healthy and she has been eating. Hopefully she won't get any punches to the face before she gets out!

What was it like working with the Queen of Pop and her fashion forward 13-year-old daughter? “Lola was here all day and she helped style the shoot and I worked with her to put the outfits together. She’s a sweetheart," Taylor tells Access Hollywood. "Madonna came a little bit later and she’s totally awesome. She’s very down to earth for all her success so it was good to see that.”

“Madonna totally came in and intervened and re-did everything and positioned everything and put it into her own vibe,” Taylor added. " I think we [have] a very good working relationship -- I think it went well.”

New Michael Jackson songs are being "discovered" every day!

Producer Rodney "Darkchild" Jerkins - who worked with the King of Pop on his 2001 album Invincible - revealed to VladTV that a previously unreleased Michael Jackson album is on its way...

"I'm about to work on an unreleased project that we're talking about doing right now. It's definitely going to come, but it takes time. You got to do a lot of the red tape but there's definitely going to be an unreleased Michael Jackson [album]. There's definitely going to be stuff to come and hopefully I'll be a part of that."

Lucky us! MJ is like The Beatles. Always new ways to release new albums! Excited?
