Hmm, good or bad idea? And do you think the actor would even consider it?

Michael Lohan gave a radio interview with Nashville's 107.5 The River today to talk about, that's right, his incarcerated daughter Lindsay Lohan. And apparently he thinks RDJ and co. can help her! The father explains:

"My people are reaching out to Robert Downey Jr. and to Mark Wahlberg. I know both of them and Mark is a tremendous human being. Hopefully they'll see her before she gets out and she'll get in this rehab and get off these prescription meds, and she'll get her life back."

Say what you will, but this is the best idea Michael's had in a while! Lindsay's problems started earlier, but RDJ is that one shining example of a struggling Hollywood talent people have continuously rooted for despite his mishaps. LiLo might actually get it together if she has a serious heart-to-heart with him! Not so sure about Mark Wahlberg though.

Could this be that one bit of hope we've all been waiting for? Is Robert Downey Jr. the one to save Lindsay Lohan?

Kate Winslet split with her husband, genius director Sam Mendes, just four short months ago, but she's already getting cozy with hot Burberry model Louis Dowler!

According to a new report, Kate and Louis were introduced by mutual friends and have been spending a lot of time with each other, according to NOTW.

They may not have soooo much in common (do they have to?) but they are the same age, while Kate's ex Sam is ten years older.

"They've been on lots of dates and get on really well. It's early days for them but they enjoy each other's company," says a source.

And looking at that pic it's not hard to see why!

No offense to Sam, whom we think is a great director, but Kate's definitely upgraded in the looks department!

Alanis Morissette and her hubby, DJ Souleye (nee Mario Treadway) were snapped catching a movie at ArcLight last night, and we can't help but notice how much fuller the Canadian singer/actress has gotten, especially in the belly region! She definitely had that glow last month when we took her picture, so is it possible that she's got a bun in the oven?

Calls and e-mails to Alanis reps haven't been returned, but after looking at her in these shots, we're pretty sure there's going to be some sort of announcement this summer!

Michael Lohan is currently pursuing the doctors that have been prescribing his daughter Lindsay with, what he calls, "unnecessary drugs." However, that's not the only legal issue he's dealing with right now. Lohan is also gearing up to file civil and criminal charges against his now ex-fiancee Kate Major.

Lohan tells X17online exclusively:

"Kate now owes me over $40-thousand dollars that she stole from our corporate bank account. As for the criminal charges, she's threatened to kill me. And yes, I'm still getting a restraining order against her because she's crazy. I don't want her anywhere near me."

Just last week, Kate Major filed a police report in Southampton, NY, claiming Lohan had abused her. Police then charged him with 2nd degree harassment.

As for the photos floating around showing Kate Major's arm in a sling, Lohan tells X17online, "She sold those pictures for money. Give me a break. It's all an act. She's desperate for cash."

Celebrity Rehab's newest resident Rachel Uchitel took a break from a nice therapeutic game of bowling yesterday to get some advice from fellow rehabber Janice Dickinson.

We can't imagine what words of wisdom Janice was imparting on her younger lookalike (maybe what plastic surgeon to use in LA?) but it looked like a deep and intimate conversation ... until Jason Davis walked in on them:

Kevin Jonas and his wife Danielle hit the dancefloor with a vengeance over the weekend while partying at Bellagio's The Bank Nightclub in Las Vegas.

Mrs. Jonas, wearing a white, skin-tight party dress looked smoking hot while getting down with her main man.

Spies inside the club tell us that Kevin and Danielle hardly sat down, but when they did, they stayed cozy in the VIP section all night long.
