The LA Times is reporting that Leonardo DiCaprio's next project will have him working opposite Mel Gibson on a film about Vikings, but E! Online says things haven't gotten quite that far. A source close to Leo tells E!, "There's not even a script yet. So it's not real, but it is technically still in the works. Nothing has been settled."

We would definitely love to see what sort of masterpiece these two could come up with!

Mel Gibson's ex-girlfriend Oksana Grigorieva may be making some damning accusations against the actor, but his rep has confirmed to X17online exclusively that Mel did get to visit with his nearly 9-month-old daughter Lucia this morning.

Today we spotted one of Mel's bodyguards leaving his Malibu estate around 9am, and just a short while later, the vehicle arrived at Oksana Grigorieva's residence. Oksana was not home at the time as she was at her lawyer's office, but her nanny was seen leaving in a white BMW with baby Lucia, and Mel's muscle followed the car back to his house in Malibu. Shortly after the cars left, Oksana arrived back at home, and though she didn't have anything to say to photogs, she can't be THAT scared of Mel...

Yesterday Eva Longoria was snapped leaving Toast in West Hollywood, and on the way out of the restaurant the actress was quite affectionate with an adorable pooch. Awww, maybe the Desperate housewife and hubby Tony Parker will look into adopting a pet? They're definitely not in any rush to have a baby!

This morning Oksana Grigorieva was swarmed by photogs as she headed into her lawyer's office, and as the days go by, Mel Gibson's ex baby mama has gotten a bit more chatty about the actor and their drama.

When asked why her sister is being investigated for allegedly leaking the damning recordings of Mel's explosive rants, Oksana responded, "Because Mel is lying, there is no extortion and there's no texts, and no emails ... I'm fighting for my child, and he's just a liar."

But how did they get out!?!

Simon Cowell's harsh criticism as a judge on Britain's Got Talent has landed him in the middle of a legal battle. Former contestant, Emma Amelia Pearl Czikai, is suing Cowell and the show for $3.8 million ... claiming that she was humiliated and degraded during her appearance.

Czikai, who appeared on the UK version back in May 2009, says that the show is "guilty of disability discrimination" because certain adjustments weren't made for her during her appearance ... including microphone levels and background levels not being adjusted.

In a statement, Czikai, a former nurse, says:

"This program makes a select number of rich people very, very rich on the backs of the ordinary man and woman in the street through exploitation, humiliation, degradation and a re-emergence of modern-day barbarism with all its inherent cruelty."

She also claims that she suffers from cervical spine neuritis, which causes head and shoulder pain ... at times, affecting her singing abilities.

As for the judges, including Simon ... Czikai accuses them of "exploitation, humiliation, degradation and barbarism."
