The couple are expecting their third child via surrogate in January, and along with all the other chaos in his life right now, we're slightly worried it might throw him over the edge again.

Yeezy is still recovering from his mental breakdown this past October, and in addition to that, he's currently embroiled in a lawsuit with his insurance company over his canceled Saint Pablo tour. Also, it was just reported that he removed the Yeezy Season 6 show from the New York Fashion Week calendar without any explanation. Add in some ongoing drama with Taylor Swift, and it's a recipe for disaster!

Rumors have been swirling that 'Ye's mental health crisis was caused by prescription pill abuse, and that he secretly went to a Malibu rehab after being released from the hospital after Thanksgiving. These details are part of the reason his insurance company is refusing to pay him the $10 million in lost profits from his concerts, and since he countersued, it's very likely all of his darkest secrets will come to light.

Brad Pitt is tired of his drawn out split with Angelina Jolie, and so he's planning to take steps to speed up the proceedings, In Touch reports.

"[Brad] is planning on asking his lawyer to speed up the divorce," a source dished to the mag. So how is that accomplished? Through a bifurcation, which would essentially make him and Angie single before they finish hashing out the financial and custody agreements.

"Restoring his status to a single person isn’t about Brad going out on the town and dating, but about his beginning a new chapter. There has been little progress in getting close to a settlement. Brad has had enough. He’s ready to officially take back control of his life. His life has been at a standstill while he’s spent a year appeasing Angelina. He wants to move on to the next phase of his life without having his hands tied by her — and he wants it soon," the source added.

Kim Kardashian and Kanye West's selected surrogate is pregnant with the couple's third baby, multiple outlets confirm. TMZ reports the surrogate is due in January, and everyone couldn't be happier.

Kimmy K sounds like she's having a tough time letting go of all the control, though.

"The entire family is over the moon. Kim had been looking for a surrogate for months until recently when she found the perfect candidate. Given her health scares in the past, Kim felt the need to hire a surrogacy agency that helped serve as the liaison in finding a healthy woman who would be a great surrogate option for her and Kanye. Both of them have been super involved in the process," a source dished to People.

"They want everything to be perfect and for the baby to be extremely healthy. They don’t want any complications and Kim is providing an ideal eating regimen and diet so everyone knows what the baby is consuming before it’s born," the source added.

We wouldn't be surprised if they were secretly waiting on twins!

Kim Kardashian shared one of her photos included in photographers Mert Alas and Marcus Piggott's new photography book on Instagram yesterday, and the reality star went above and beyond for the shoot by climbing a tree butt naked wearing nothing but combat boots. Perhaps this is why Sharon Osbourne recently slammed her!

"Kim says she's doing everything in the name of feminism, but that's not feminism! Those girls live off their bodies, half of LA has been through them and everything they do from the sex tape to the plastic see-through dresses and the gym wear is about sex, not female progress. And listen: God bless them," Ozzy's wife said during an interview with The Daily Telegraph.

"If Kim wants to show off her body, fine. But that's not feminism, that's being a ho. And there's nothing wrong with being a ho, but always remember what you are," she added.

She sure knows a thing or two about breaking the Internet and pissing people off in the process!

Kourtney Kardashian stepped out with a cropped sweatshirt yesterday while running errands with son Mason, and we were wondering why it looked familiar, but then we realized it's because her boyfriend Younes Bendjima wore the same one just a night earlier for a dinner date at Nobu! It must be love if he's letting his lady cut up his hoodies to make versions that fit her tiny frame.

The mother-of-three and the 24-year-old male model are spending a lot more time together lately, and it appears ol' Younie has relocated to LA for the time being. That's not going to go over well with Scott Disick, who was reportedly recently hospitalized after months of partying away the pain of losing Kourt.

"[Scott] has been feeling better. He’s been really good. He was just in Vegas and didn’t drink. When he felt like he was about to slip, he would call friends who talked him off the edge. He was definitely spiraling for a while, but he got fed up with himself and was over his own stupid behavior,” a source dished to People.

As for The Lord's hospital stay? Well, The Blast reports the LA County Fire Department responded to Disick’s Hidden Hills home at 4:54 PM on August 18, and he was placed on an involuntary psych hold for 72 hours. He was transported to West Hills hospital, and the eldest K sister paid him a visit before he was released.

We bet Kourtney is glad she landed a more stable dude!

All's fair in love and war and Ben Affleck and Jennifer Garner are big enough people (particularly Jen) to let bygones be bygones and reunite for the sake of their kids.

The successful co-parenters met up at the Violet and Seraphina's elementary school to escort the kids and meet the teachers. Little Samuel still has another year before he starts kindergarden so it was just the girls today.

After spending time in New York with girlfriend Lindsay Shookus, Ben flew back for the big day. Jen had taken the kids to Santa Barbara for a mini-vacay this past Labor Day weekend.

Jen sipped coffee and Ben had a smile on his face as they chatted and said hello to friends. Our photographer on the scene tells us, "They looked totally comfortable together and happy. It's like nothing every happened. Maybe they're better friends than spouses."

We broke the sad news to Justin Bieber Monday night that his homie 'Lil Wayne had been hospitalized following a seizure and that the rapper had been hospitalized in Chicago.

Wayne was found unconscious in his Westin Hotel room on Sunday night and was rushed to the hospital where he suffered another epileptic seizure. A Chicago Fire Department spokesperson confirmed he had been released by Monday morning.

The rapper's daughter Reginae Carter Tweeted an update Monday: "My dad is doing fine everyone! Thanks for the concerns. You guys are amazing,” she wrote, adding, “Oh yeah … and don’t believe everything you hear."

This isn't be any means the first time the rapper has suffered from epileptic seizures -- he has been hospitalized several times over the past few years, including a six-day hospital stay in 2013 following an attack during a cross-country flight.

Wayne was scheduled to perform with Rae Sremmurd at Drai's Nightclub in Las Vegas Sunday night but dropped from the bill and it was announced T.I. would fill in. The club released a statement saying, "Our priority is the health and well-being of our artists,. Everyone at Drai’s wishes Lil Wayne a speedy recovery during this time."

The fun wasn't over after a day on the beach! Kendall Jenner and Blake Griffin continued their love-fest at Mastro's Steakhouse in Malibu for a romantic dinner Sunday night after spending the day on the sand with friends.
