Vince Vaughn and his wife are expecting!

Vince and his wife Kyla Weber, a real estate agent, wed earlier this year in January, and now his rep confirms to In Touch that the newlyweds will welcome their first child together.

Although Vaughn has dated actresses Jennifer Aniston and Joey Lauren Adams, he was the consummate bachelor until he met Weber in 2008 through mutual friends.

After a 15-year-old girl who attended the Electric Daisy Carnival died of a suspected drug overdose (yup, this is the same rave in downtown LA that Lindsay Lohan went to both nights), the HARD LA music festival has been cancelled.

At the EDC there were 200 medical emergencies and 65 reported arrests, and according to the LA Times, organizers behind the HARD fest axed the show "in light of the new scrutiny and logistics demanded of large-scale electronic music concerts in Los Angeles."

Artists such as M.I.A., Die Antwoord, Flying Lotus, Sleigh Bells and others were set to perform at this year's HARD fest, and Fresh Squeezed, another Los Angeles area electronic music festival has been cancelled as well.

The publicist for Hard LA confirmed that the show has been cancelled "due to events beyond our control," but added that the HARD Summer music fest at the Los Angeles State Historic Park on August 7th 2010 will continue as scheduled. Hard LA's promoter Gary Richards said, "We’ve been working with the city for months and all our security plans were approved. The city was pleased with our plan. The LAPD had asked for some more cops, but most of this was the exact same plan as before. We just thought it would be better to put both events together. This didn’t have anything to do with security issues.”

The Hard LA cancellation comes just one week after the Los Angeles County Board of Supervisors voted to establish a task force to examine and "enhance rave safety.”

Spencer Pratt continues his desperate attempt to stay in the limelight.

This time Pratt is telling his fans via Twitter that he plans on crashing The Hills series finale party tonight at The Roosevelt Hotel. However, sounds like the hotel isn't having it!

The ex-reality star just tweeted:



A source close to Spencer tells X17online exclusively:

"Spencer and MTV have come to a financial agreement as a result of the lawsuit involving Heidi and Hills executive producer Adam Divello. If Spencer stays quiet about the incident by not doing any interviews, MTV will allow he and Heidi to collect their Hills money. That's a big deal considering they bailed on so many episodes."

Even though Spencer is not directly named in the suit, our source says he's still involved ... and fueling his anger, the fact that he was kicked off the show due to alleged death threats he made against a female producer.

As for tonight's finale, Audrina tells MTV News:

"It's our last season, so we're going out with a bang. There's been so many dramatic moments and fights and tears and ups-and-downs of friendships and relationships, so really watching those ... I mean, at the finale, we are probably all going to start crying. It is going to be a sad, sad moment."

Fox is now joining ABC, CBS and NBC in donating a commercial-free hour of prime time for the September telethon "Stand Up to Cancer," which will be hosted by Katie Couric, Diane Sawyer and Brian Williams.

Jake Gyllenhaal will appear in a public service announcement during Major League Baseball's All-Star Game this evening on Fox.

The original fundraiser raised more than $100 million for research into the disease.
