Holy moly! We knew Kate Bosworth was a lucky lady, but it seems like Alex Skarsgard's former Beyond The Pole co-star Rhys Thomas is the one we really envy! And no, Beyond The Pole is not a movie about gay male strippers -- but rather a comedy/mockumentary film that follows "the first carbon neutral, organic, vegetarian expedition ever to attempt the North Pole."
Good thing HBO found him and put him on Gen Kill and True Blood!

Who says you can't be stylish while traveling? Denise Richards obviously didn't get that memo.
Looking casually glam in oversized glasses, a colorful summer dress and flip flops, Ms. Richards maneuvered through LAX like a pro ... managing to juggle all her belongings by herself.
The 39-year-old actress is returning from Montreal, Canada where she's been filming. She recently tweeted, "How lucky am I to have Fred Savage direct me in this episode!! Love his work!"

Troubled British rocker Pete Doherty has been hospitalized in France, according to online reports. The Babyshambles singer was due to perform at the Theatre de Verdure in Nice, but the show was cancelled as the singer was admitted to a local hospital. No word on why he was hospitalized, but concertgoers were told that the gig would be rescheduled at a later date.
This is probably for the best, seeing as Pete looked like he was about to pass out just a few hours earlier in the day:

Blake Lively and Leighton Meester continued their womance (or is it a sistemance?) in France, where they're currently shooting the upcoming season of Gossip Girl.
We're not entirely sure where this storyline is going, but the girls have been photographed feeding each other French macarons, going in for a kiss, and now holding hands in Paris!
But it wasn't ALL just wine and roses for the pair.

...Voyeur was the place to be last night! Whether it was Ashton Kutcher, Victoria's Secret model Alessandra Ambrosio or a super buff Brittany Daniel, the Thursday night hotspot was going off. But where was Lindsay Lohan? You'd think she'd want to party like a rock star before she gets sent to the slammer, but I guess she was at home playing with her new art supplies!

Lindsay Lohan may have moved on with a new lesbian lover, but it's clear that her heart is still with Samantha.
And it seems that Samantha has thawed a bit after their drama-filled breakup. In fact, the DJ even tweeted a birthday message to her ex just days before Lilo was sentenced to 90 days in jail.
Now that Lindsay's getting locked up, will Samantha reunite with her ex to give her a sendoff before the slammer? Or is she going to be happy that she'll be getting even more distance from Lindsay, who lives in her building, when she moves into the Lynwood Correctional Facility?
Samantha wasn't saying when she kept her head down and her ciggy lit as she left her apartment with a few male friends last night.

Susan Boyle is launching her very own competition in the hopes of finding a singer who will appear on her upcoming album, The Gift.
Boyle, 49, has begun Susan's Search through her personal website and YouTube Channel ... asking singers to upload themselves belting out the song, Silent Night.
In a recent statement, Boyle said her singing success has "been a real gift to me and now I would like to pass on the gift to someone else."
The winner will be announced on July 26. Considering that Boyle's debut CD sold more than 9 million copies, the winning singer will be off to a great start.

Robert Pattinson is continuing to shoot his epic circus film, Water for Elephants, this time with the help of a green screen.
In the film, Pattinson plays a depression-era vet who joins a traveling circus and falls in love with Reese Witherspoon's character, who just happens to be married to the circus' animal trainer played by Inglourious Basterds' Christoph Waltz (above.)
So out of all the leads, RPattz is the only one who doesn't have an Oscar yet! Think that could change on this film?
