It may have been raining in New York this morning when Lady GaGa, wearing a very Madonna-ish white suit and bra combo, performed for Today's summer concert series, but that didn't stop GaGa from drawing an enormous crowd of almost 18,000 people!

She IS the most popular living person on Facebook, after all!

GaGa started out singing the jazz standard Someone to Watch Over Me before launching into Bad Romance. And if a free GaGa performance wasn't enough of a reason to stay in the soaking ran, GaGa rewarded her fans with New York pizza sent to the crowds courtesy of GaGa herself.

Halle Berry and her cherub of a daughter were snapped leaving Barefoot in Bev Hills after lunch yesterday, and we love the fact that Nahla's pink stuffed flamingo matches her crocheted poncho! Nahla may be a girly girl, but she also has that look -- yeah, the same one Suri and Zahara have flashed in the past -- this little mama means business!

Christina Aguilera and hubby Jordan Bratman were both in a wonderful mood last night when we spotted them leaving Spago in Beverly Hills. As usual, Xtina wore her trademark vampy lipstick, and even though we wish she'd trade it in for some pink gloss or cherry Chapstick, we still love her all the same!

Last night we snapped Michael Lohan and his fiancee Kate Major out and about in NYC, and though the former tabloid reporter was certainly dressed to impress, it looks like Michael Lohan had another lady on his mind -- his prison-bound daughter Lindsay.

Regarding the obscene manicure Lindsay flashed in court on Tuesday, Michael told FOX News Channel's Studio B, "It is stupid, it's insane, it's so dark. Why would you do that, for what reason -- and not expect people to see it or word get out?"

Lindsay Lohan remained in seclusion for nearly 48 hours after being sentenced to 90 days in jail, but she finally stepped out with her mom Dina and little sister Ali on Thursday afternoon. The starlet stopped by Blick's Art Supply, and we're not sure if she was picking up materials for a new hobby or getting a new Partying Report Card, but she didn't look anywhere near as upset as she was the last time we saw her!

She's gone into hibernation - if she could, you know she'd stay holed up in her apartment until winter!

After being sentenced to 90 days in the slammer (and suffering a lot of public humiliation), fallen starlet Lindsay Lohan retreated back to her West Hollywood apartment and hasn't been seen since. She's had visits from her friends, like Kim Kardashian, and the cops... but LiLo herself has yet to emerge.

Now Lindsay's lawyer Shawn Chapman Holley has resigned and a newbie is taking over. Just another bad legal day for the Mean Girls actress!

Personally, I thought Linds would be on the first flight back to NYC to hang with her family but I guess not. One thing's for sure: We'll definitely see LiLo on July 20th, because that's when she has to turn herself in and go to jail!

The Fox is back!

After wedding longtime boyfriend Brian Austin Green on a beach in Hawaii late last month, Transformers babe Megan Fox is back in Los Angeles. We just spotted her leaving a building on Sunset flashing a brand new rock on her finger.

Meanwhile, Megan's rep denies any rumors that the newlywed is pregnant. Phew! We want her to keep playing the "hot girl" in movies for at least another year or so...

Today we snapped Hilary Duff leaving the gym in West Hollywood, and either the former Disney princess didn't work up much of a sweat or she freshened up before heading back out to her car! Hey, nothing wrong with a little primping for the cameras, and can I point out how cute her workout clothes are? She looks better in spandex than she does in her usual layers of street clothes!
