Yesterday Britney send her bodyguard out to Target to pick up a basketball hoop for the boys and he did NOT look thrilled about it.

Being an errand boy was probably not in the job description, but hey, it could be worse.

Back when I was an assistant to a producer on a hit tv show, she once sent me out to pick up Starbucks, jellybeans and ... oh, yeah, her diaphragm! Shocking, right? I mean, who even uses a diaphragm anymore?

Ashley Greene was caught off guard by a gust of wind that showed off her toned tummy on the streets of New York yesterday.

The Eclipse beauty was spending some much-needed downtime with a pal after all that Twilight promotion that clearly paid off, putting her movie at number one last week.

But even though she may be on a break from work, she doesn't seem to be on a break from working out -- just check out those guns!

Anyways, we sincerely doubt her break will last too long. She's already signed on to a spate of major movies, and starts shooting the final two Breaking Dawn films later this year.

After Lindsay Lohan was sentenced to 90 days in jail yesterday afternoon, little sister Ali was seen sobbing on her way out of the courthouse... what's she going to do now that Linds will be locked away for three months?

Maybe go back home to Long Island and finish high school! Just a thought.

Damn. When you consider that (in addition to all the prescription meds Lindsay is on) you might assume young Ali is better off without her big sis for a while...

Police arrived at Lindsay Lohan's apartment just a while ago and were questioning photographers outside the buildling. A few snappers were even taken aside for a private conversation with sheriffs.

In fact, one deputy even got in on the action, giving a photographer a dose of his own medicine and turning the camera on him!

Sergeant Conner at the West Hollywood Sheriffs Department tells X17online: "We had a call related to the paparazzi outside the building. Apparently someone tried to rush the building but it turned out to be a non-event."

In fact, it's not only the "paparazzi" there, but the mainstream "paparazzi" as well -- local news vans have been outside off-and-on all day after Lindsay was sentenced to 90 days in jail yesterday, for violation of probation connected to her back-to-back DUIs in 2007. Lohan is set to turn herself in July 20.

The Los Angeles County Superior Court's Probation Department has released an official report listing the prescription drugs Lindsay Lohan currently takes including nexium, zoloft, trazodone, adderall and dilaidid for dental pain.

The documents go on to say that Lindsay had been tested for drugs and alcohol on May 27, 2010 and the test was positive for amphetamines. For the following two drug tests on June 2 and June 3, she tested positive for both amphetamines and opiates.

However, according to the report, this was "not a violation of probation" because the tests were "positive for adderall and the pain medication dilaidid" ... two drugs that are allowed.

For her drug test on June 16, 2010, she tested positive for amphetamines once again, but "there is no probation violation" due to the positive result coming from her use of Adderall.

The June 30 results have not been disclosed, but there's a good chance that no violation took place. So basically, looks like Lindsay is in the clear when it comes to her prescription drug use.

Now if only she would have attended all of her classes.
