Jillian Harris and Ed Swiderski, who found love on The Bachelorette, have gone their separate ways.

The two have officially ended their engagement, according to Us.

Harris, 29, tells the mag, "I love him and I'm really sad, but I have to look out for me."

As far as Swiderski is concerned, the breakup process hasn't been easy. He adds, "We're both kind of resetting. Jillian isn't happy and I'm definitely sad about the whole thing, but we've got to work through some things on our own if we decide to move forward."

The two have seen relationship problems from the beginning. Just after the fifth season of The Bachelorette ended, online reports claimed that Swiderski had already been cheating on Harris.

After these rumors circulated, Harris admitted to the mag, "Our life is not always perfect."

Oh that sneaky Lindsay Lohan! We didn't notice this at first, but after looking at pics from court more closely, we saw that Lindsay decorated her nails just for Judge Marsha Revel! Of course, her sobfest didn't work when it came to showing the judge how sorry she was, and even her attorney Shawn Chapman Holley was unable to save Lindsay from heading to jail, but at least she has a pretty manicure!

After Lindsay was sentenced to 90 days in the slammer, mom Dina told PopEater, "This is so not fair to do this to my child."

But I ask this...what kind of "child" would walk into court with f*ck you written on her middle fingernail? Probably one who deserves to go to jail, eh?

Not only did it look like she doesn't care, but she seemed rather giggly when her male companion got in the car! What's THAT about!? Lilo is going to be so lonely at Lynwood...at least they have her segregated from the other inmates!

Dean McDermott has been cleared to leave the hospital after being hospitalized with a collapsed and punctured lung stemming from a dirt bike accident last Tuesday.

McDermott, 42, had been hospitalized for one week. Tori Spelling, 37, posted the following tweets regarding her hubby's hospital stay:

"I said to @deanracer "Babe do u want anything?" He said 'Oreo McFlurry! So his spirits are up despite all the pain."

"Rented New Moon for 2nite. Lonely w/o @deanracer. Just got home from hospital. Taco Bell and Team Edward!"

Sounds like Tori's TLC worked wonders!

McDermott and Spelling recently renewed their wedding vows after speculation that their marriage was on the rocks.

Last night Rob Pattinson and Kristen Stewart checked out friend Sam Bradley's concert at the Hotel Cafe in Hollywood, and we spotted the Eclipse stars sneaking out the back after the show. The normally poker faced K. Stew definitely had a hint of a smile on her pretty face, and Rob walked out in front shielding his lady from cameras and a handful of Twilovers who were going into freakout mode.

A source inside the venue tells X17online exclusively, "Rob and Kristen seem to be getting much more comfortable with their romance -- they definitely aren't shy about it at all these days." What's next, an official announcement that they're a couple? It's about time guys!

Whoops! Someone needs to get Mischa Barton a calendar, because yesterday we caught the starlet rocking her very best red white and blue ensemble out in Hollywood. Hey, at least the red pants were flattering on her new slim figure!

Tom Cruise and Cameron Diaz sure made a lot of Brazilian fans happy last night when we snapped them promoting Knight & Day in Rio de Janeiro. Though the movie isn't exactly scoring big at the box office, it looks like Tom and Cam are still having a blast even after production has wrapped, so that's what really counts!
