Shooting a party scene for their new film, Water for Elephants, last night in Los Angeles, it was refreshing to see Rob Pattinson and Reese Witherspoon out of their circus attire and in fancy dress!

I'm still curious to see what their chemistry is like onscreen. With a ten-year age difference between the two and a wildly different lifestyle (he's the edgy young heartthrob, she's an Oscar-winning mom-of-two) we can't imagine they'd have much in common, but maybe that will just add to the sexual tension?

Carrie Prejean, the disgraced former Miss California who caused major controversy after voicing her views against same-sex marriage during the Miss USA pageant, married her fiance, NFL quarterback Kyle Boller yesterday in a legal ceremony in San Diego.

The bride wore white at her church wedding inside the Grand Del Mar hotel in her hometown of SD.

"It was beautiful," an eyewitness told E!. "They had cocktails on the lawn right after. Everyone seemed really happy."

Carrie has laid low in the past few months, after gracing nearly every talk show and writing a book about her experiences as an ousted beauty queen. I guess she was just so busy planning her wedding she didn't have time to make her usually verbal blunders!

The waitress whom Lindsay accused of punching her "for no reason" is hitting out at reports that she socked the actress while working at Voyeur on Thursday night.

“All I have to say is that disturbed little train wreck is delusional,” actress slash cocktail waitress Jasmine Waltz told Access Hollywood. "I didn't hit her," Jasmine added. "But I'd like to."

As we previously reported, Lindsay's new boy toy, rugby player Danny Cipriani was the reason for the fight. Jasmine hooked up with Danny (who recently broke up with girlfriend Kelly Brook) weeks ago, but became jealous when she saw him fawning all over Lindsay Lohan.

And whether or not Jasmine, who has dated Ryan Seacrest, Chris Pine and Jesse McCartney, actually touched a hair on Lilo's bleached blonde head, she now may be out of work because of the incident.

According to various reports, the bosses at Voyeur will supposedly decide her fate in the coming days.

But we doubt she'd be out of a job for long -- maybe her ex Ryan Seacrest could hook her up at one of his many gigs!

After suffering from a collapsed lung following a dirt bike accident, Tori Spelling's husband Dean has been moved from the ICU into a regular room, where he remains in good condition.

The Home Sweet Hollywood star tweeted:

"Tuesday I went out for a dirt bike ride with my friends, I ended smashing my chest into my bars as I went over the front of the bike. It was a freak accident. We still can't figure out what happened. None the less, I have a collapsed lung and bad bruising on my right side. Oh, and 3 stitches in my right butt cheek where a stone got imbedded. Let's just say, I won't be dirt biking anymore."

But even though his condition has been downgraded, he's not out of the woods yet! Yesterday morning he tweeted, "OMG !!!!! My catheter is stuck and won't come out. I'm waiting for the Doctor to get here and give it a try. Gotta be honest, I'm scared !!"

Friday she hit up her favorite juice spot, Robek's in Studio City, with her main man Liam and a gal pal - but she made sure to stop and chat with a fan standing in line behind her.

Miley's latest album, Can't Be Tamed, hasn't performed as well as her previous two, which, according to X17online viewers, is due to her sexification.

But Miley's still only just 17, and doing exactly what most non-famous teenagers are doing out there -- finding her voice and testing her limits. We think she'll be back on track soon enough!

Lindsay Lohan almost got a very special birthday present from the cops when her car (driven by her assistant) ran a stop sign on the way to Beso where the actress celebrated her 24th with friends including Lady Victoria Hervey.

But luckily, after the drama of Thursday night (in which she recieved a birthday punch from a waitress who was pissed about Lindsay hanging out with her former fling) the cops crashing her party might have been the most exciting thing of the night.

After Beso, Lindsay's party headed over to the Colony Club until they partied until closing, and then to a house party where Lilo stayed until 4:30 am!

That's been pretty par for the course for Lindsay, though. You'd think on her birthday she might have wanted to do something special ... like, I don't know, go to bed at 2?

Paris Hilton took to Twitter to clear up reports she had been arrested for smoking marijuana at a World Cup game in South Africa.

The hot heiress says:

Hey guys, there's a lot of crazy rumors going around. Just want you all to know the truth. Everything is completely fine.

I was not charged or arrested, cause I didn't do anything. I was assisting the police with the investigation and answering their questions. Everyone was super nice and friendly to me.
