And these aren't even the official PETA ads -- they're just teasers for the campaign that will be launched in the fall. Can't wait to see how hot that is!

Lindsay Lohan may have gotten a very special birthday surprise last night in the form of a punch from Voyeur waitress/Ryan Seacrest ex Jasmine Waltz, but now we know why -- Jasmine hooked up with Danny Cipriani just weeks ago and was jealous that he's now with Lindsay!

Jasmine and Danny first hooked up last month at the same party where Lindsay initially met the rugby player.

But since then, Danny's apparently only got eyes for Lindsay!

A source inside the club tells X17online exclusively that:

"Last night Danny was all over Lindsay and completely ignoring Jasmine like she wasn't even there. That's when Jasmine got angry at Lindsay and hauled off and hit her! Jasmine probably thinks Lindsay stole him off of her."

But it didn't seem to faze the birthday girl too much. Because she and Danny did nothing to hide their affection, engaging in PDA all night!

"They weren't even being discreet about it," says our source. "They were all over each other and didn't care who saw!"

Lindsay has yet to follow up last night's tweet, "A waitress just hit me - punched me for no reason."

She's either sleeping off the Red Bull or sleeping in with Danny!

Dakota Fanning may be the most mature 16-year-old on the planet, but apparently she's not too old to still be playing with Barbies.

Last night she told Jimmy Kimmel about one of her recent school projects:

"I do a course called cement sculpture and you could make either a shoe or a car. So I made a cement Jeep for Barbie - well, of course. You carve it out of Styrofoam and then you cement it. Barbie loves it, it's on the fireplace."

Of course, when Dakota Fanning plays with Barbies -- it's art!

Lady GaGa has been making enemies on the East Coast (mostly out of baseball fans) and has decided to make sunny LA her temporary home.

GaGa is reportedly renting a $4.7 million, 6 bedroom/8 bathroom mansion in the hills above Bel Air at around $25,000 per month, according to Realestalker.

The pad is owned by Canadian real estate developer Lorne Liedel, whose son is in business with nightclub mogul Sam Nazarian, who owns what we predict may be one of GaGa's new favorite haunts: The Abbey.

In addition to being at the end of a cul-de-sac, containing a stunning pool and spa, a sweeping staircase, a pool table and a whole lotta Marilyn Monro art, the property features hillside views of the canyon ... as well as neighbors like Nick Lachey! Think he'll be sending GaGa over a "welcome to the hood" muffin basket anytime soon?

Rumor has it that GaGa may also be interested in purchasing the prop, which was last listed on the market at $4,750,000.

Sorry, Tobey ... you snooze, you lose. Sony Pictures has decided to freshen up its Spider-Man franchise with a new face ... 26-year-old British actor Andrew Garfield.

Garfield caught the attention of Hollywood playing the romantic rival to Heath Ledger in last year's The Imaginarium of Doctor Parnassus.

In the upcoming Spider-Man 4, Sony Pictures says, "Peter Parker is going back to high school." The studio also revealed that the film will focus "on a teenager grappling with both contemporary human problems and amazing super-human crises."

We know this guy can act, but can he fill those tights? Guess we'll have to wait until Spider-Man 4 hits theaters on July 3, 2012.

Director Sam Ramey, who directed the first three Spider-Man movies, has also been replaced by Marc Webb.
