The 23-year-old actress allegedly showed up eleven hours late for her photo shoot call time, but blasted the show on Twitter claiming she was "set-up." Linds also ranted: "I don't appreciate being used for press."

Now check out the above clip of LiLo freaking out on set because "there's so many people watching me right now," and when someone calls her "the most beautiful woman in the world," Lindsay responds with: "Tell Samantha that!"

Damn - this is the definition of erratic behavior! Or is LiLo's behavior totally normal?

Eminem obliterated his competition from kids like Miley Cyrus and Drake selling a final tally of 753,870 copies of his new album Recovery it its debut last week according to Hits Daily Double.

By comparison, Miley's Can't Be Tamed came it at number three with just 106,553 copies of her first foray into adult music.

Number two was Degrassi star Drake, who posted respectable second-week numbers of 156,451 copies of Thank Me Later sold.

Miley's last album, Breakout, debuted at number one in its first week with record sales of 371,000, which is over three times what she did on Can't Be Tamed.

I guess the tween is no longer the queen of the music scene!

Kanye West is being accused of ripping off the song, Stronger and now the rap star is facing a major lawsuit.

In the papers filed in Illinois, Virginia, rapper Vincent "Vince P." Peters is alleging he sent West's manager, John Monopoly, his version of Stronger hoping Monopoly would executive produce his project. However Peters claims in 2007, only seven months later, Kanye's song Stronger was released and sounded very similar to his concept. Peters says his recording project also fell through.

Court papers, obtained by EatSleepCelebrity.com, state that Kanye's version "copies significant and important parts of Peter's lyrics identically or almost identically." In the documents, it also says that both versions of the song make reference to Kate Moss and the phrases "that which does not kill me makes me stronger," and "can't wait much longer" are also in both songs.

Roc-a-fella Records and UMG Recordings are named as defendants. The suit claims copyright infringement and asks that both labels be blocked from selling, distributing or having West perform the song.

Peters is seeking unspecified damages.

Jay-Z and Beyonce won't be spending any of that Forbes 100 money on a nursery -- yet.

Carrie Prejean, who caused major controversy after voicing her views against same-sex marriage during the Miss USA pageant, is getting married this weekend to NFL quarterback Kyle Boller.

The couple, who are registered at Bloomingales, Pottery Barn and Williams-Sonoma, will tie the knot on Friday, July 2nd. Which is, incidentally, Lindsay Lohan's birthday! Coincidence?

Prejean was eventually stripped of her crown for breaching the rules of her Miss California contract. But she'll no doubt be the one wearing the tiara at her wedding this weekend!

Congrats to the happy couple -- whose marriage will be legal in all 50 states.
