Demi Lovato took the stage at the Van's Warped tour over the weekend with We The Kings, and not only did the 17-year-old Disney star belt it out, but she also took some time after her performance to pose for pictures with Jeff Beacher’s Madhouse Oompa Loompas, who were also invited onstage during the show. Sounds like a rockin' good time!

Chris Klein will spend a mandatory four days in jail after being arrested under suspicion of a DUI earlier this month.

Klein, who had a blood alcohol content almost three times the legal limit, subsequently checked himself into rehab, "to take a clear look at a problem he has been trying to deal with himself for years."

But today, the City Attorney's office said he will spend a mandatory minimum four days in jail (and a maximum of one year) if convicted of one count of driving under the influence with a prior conviction and one count of driving with a .08 blood alcohol level or higher.

Additionally, if he wants to drive again, Chris will have to deal with the installation of an Ignition Interlock Device in his car, which means he'll have to blow into a breathalyzer every time he wants to start his car. If he blows more than the legal limit of .08, his car will not start.

Sandra Bullock is officially a single mom. The Oscar award-winning actress and her husband of almost five years, Jesse James, are now offically divorced.

The documents have been filed with the clerk's office in Travis County, Texas.

Sandra Bullock filed for divorce on April 23. At the time, she stated that their union "has become insupportable because of discord or conflict of personalities."

On March 18, James issued a public apology admitting to infidelities during his marriage to Bullock. James had said, "This has caused my wife and kids pain and embarrassment beyond comprehension and I am extremely saddened to have brought this on them. I am truly very sorry for the grief I have caused them."

Sandra Bullock is expected to raise Louis as a single adoptive parent.

Wedding bells are in the near future for Mario Lopez and Courtney Mazza, who is pregnant with the couple's first child.

When it comes to walking down the aisle, the 36-year-old dimpled cutie tells UsMagazine.com, "That's on the way. We got a new house, a new dog, new baby... so it's on the way. There is no rush. It's exciting."

As for how his pregnant girlfriend Courtney, 28, is staying fit, she says, "I have a trainer and I work out with her and I walk my dog a lot. I watch what I eat but I don't deprive myself. The hardest thing to stay away from is bread and carbs.”
