Disney sweet-tart Miley Cyrus chatted with Ryan Seacrest on his radio show today and she confessed her biggest fear: "If I'm ever seen out dancing at a club having fun, I don’t want people to immediately go, 'Oh, she's on drugs, she's drunk.'"

Mmkay, good to know girl! "I'm never going to be that person," she continues. "As long as I steer clear of that and keep that mind frame, I think I'll be cool."

And who's inspired her to steer clear of all that? Bret Michaels! "Having him in my life and him telling me some of stories and some of the dumb crap that happens... he just makes me never want to do that stuff."

Not that she won't ever have a drink, Miley admits, but also insists that "everything is good in small portions."

Tori Spelling was snapped at the Four Seasons Surgery Centers in Encino today following a doctor's appointment, and she appeared to be feeling pretty good when we caught her leaving.

Though Tori's thin frame had tabloids speculating that she was battling an eating disorder, the mother of two insists it's not anorexia, but rather the result of her being extremely sick earlier this year. When X17 photogs asked the actress about the reports, she told us to read the new issue of People, where she reveals a nasty case of swine flu was to blame.

"I was sick for months and had a hard time eating, so I was losing weight," she says. "I did look too thin. I went from doctor to doctor trying to find answers. I’m not anorexic, I don’t have an eating disorder. But when everyone’s like, ‘What’s the reason, then?’ I didn’t want to say I had swine flu. I was too embarrassed."

Aww, poor Tori! Though she's definitely not voluptuous, she doesn't look that skeletal here, does she?

Angelina Jolie will be starring in the upcoming movie Cleopatra, according to the film's producer Scott Rudin.

A project focusing on the Queen of the Nile "is being developed for and with Jolie," the producer tells USA Today.

The movie has been in development since 2006, and according to Rudin, Jolie has "the perfect look" to play the character.

Elizabeth Taylor played the Egyptian queen back in 1963. Can Angelina do the part justice? I'm sure Brad Pitt would bow down to the idea. All hail, Queen Angie!

Sadly there's no Robsten in this one, but we do get a peek at our new vamp crush Xavier Samuel! Xavier plays the red-eyed Riley, who was turned by Victoria in an attempt to build up an army of vamps to destroy Bella. Scary! But we'd let him bite us...
