Apparently all of Lindsay's denials of a SCRAM violation aren't enough for a judge to let her off the hook for the blinking lights. Judge Marsha Revel issued a bench warrant for Lohan's arrest just now in an emergency hearing scheduled after Linds' SCRAM alcohol monitor bracelet reportedly went off this weekend. Bail is set at $200,000.

Judge Revel said there were FIVE violations -- meaning, the bracelet picked up the presence of drugs and/or alcohol or something similar enough to set off the alert FIVE times. A report was sent from the ankle bracelet to officials Sunday night after the MTV Movie Awards when Lindsay was at Katy Perry's after-party at Las Palmas. Reports claim other guests witnessed the lights on Lilo's SCRAM blinking through her blinged-out jumpsuit. Lindsay denied that multiple times today on Twitter, claiming a friend had given her a blinking bracelet as a fun accessory.

Apparently the company who tracks the SCRAM device is also expected to be at the emergency meeting to present their findings on what triggered Lindsay's bracelet, says Us.
