We just caught Heidi Montag at the Santa Monica Courthouse, entering with papers in hand and three bodyguards beside her. A source close to Montag tells us she IS filing for divorce saying, "I knew it was coming. She's over it."

In fact, the reality show star went to the Malibu Courthouse earlier this morning to try to file but was told they don't handle family cases there and was sent to Santa Monica.

Our photographer snapped Heidi just minutes ago on the courthouse steps looking sad and upset but determined. She was without her trademark makeup and fancy hair but was dressed down and looking serious.

Our source tells us it may not be a full-on divorce, but they're getting close: "It's a legal separation. It's all Heidi can do until a lawyer gets 100% involved."

A spokesperson for the Santa Monica Courthouse was unaware of Heidi's visit this morning.

Looks like divorce is on the horizon -- IF this is, in fact, for real!

Officials in the United Kingdom have announced that they have barred Chris Brown from entering the country, which has resulted in the cancellation of the UK leg of his tour.

Britain's Home Office released the following statement today:

"We reserve the right to refuse entry to the U.K. to anyone guilty of a serious criminal offence. Public safety is one of our primary concerns. Each application to enter the U.K. is considered on its individual merits."

Brown tweeted, "SORRY to all the fans in Europe!!! my tour is cancelled. Im pretty sure yall know. my entry was denied in your country. I love you. SORRY!!" but shortly after the that the tweet was deleted and his rep released this statement:

"Due to issues surrounding his work visa, the Ireland and United Kingdom leg of Chris Brown's Fan Appreciation Tour has been postponed. Chris looks forward to performing for his fans abroad in the near future and thanks them for their continued support."

This decision stems from the 2009 incident in which Brown assaulted then girlfriend Rihanna, for which the 21-year-old singer is still on probation.

The controversy surrounding the remains of Gary Coleman continues. X17online has just obtained the following statement from Frederick Jackman, attorney for Gary Coleman's parents:

There seems to be a notion that Gary's mom and dad have given up their fight for
Gary's remains and his estate. This is incorrect. There was no fight. When they were made aware of the controversy in Utah, the lack of funds to care for Gary and the divorce from Shannon, they took the proper legal steps. They are, as they always have been, his family and they were the only ones that had the legal power to deal with his remains. When a will was found, assuming it was valid as it appears to be, then that also legally dealt with the issue. They have suffered in silence for years regarding the stories told about them and their relationship with their son. They would like to now be left alone to grieve in private. They are thankful for all the positive concern and love that was felt by many for their son. They are saddened by the ongoing interest in Gary's past personal struggles and wish, that now that he is gone, those could be laid to rest as well.

As for the photos of Coleman's body, they have yet to appear in a publication, but are expected to hit newsstands soon. X17online brought you the exclusive statement from Coleman's attorney, Randy Kester, who said the thought of those pictures "turns my stomach."

No official funeral date for Gary Coleman has been announced, but sources tell us that his body is expected to be cremated by the end of the week.

Lindsay Lohan is hitting out at a report that her SCRAM device went off during Katy Perry's post-MTV Movie Awards fete at Las Palmas early Monday morning, saying it was nothing more than a simple "light up bracelet!"

"Haha! Last night-My friend Johnny put a light up bracelet on my boots and someone asked me if my SCRAM was lighting up RED...." Lindsay tweeted last night after a party-goer claimed to have seen it go off. "Well it was a light up bracelet from the bathroom-regardless..paparazzi now see through black suede fringe Christian Louboutin boots?"
