Charlie Sheen's hearing today in Aspen was postponed until July 12th.

The actor, who is expected to enter a plea of no contest to misdemeanor assault stemming from the Christmas day scuffle he got into with his estranged wife Brooke Mueller, has bought himself some extra time away from jail.

As part of the plea, Charlie is trying to get himself on a "work release" program that will include spending time at the local non-profit theater in Aspen, Theatre Aspen.

Paige Price, who runs Theatre Aspen, tells X17online that working with the theater was Charlie's attorney's idea, but they're looking to take full advantage of having a Hollywood actor in their midst!

In addition to helping to coach the actors performing the local theater productions, Price hopes to enlist Charlie's help in fundraising and would even like to get him onstage to introduce the performances!

Paige says they usually don't charge an entrance fee for these types of events, but they've never had a big time Hollywood actor at their theater.

"We're not going to gouge people. If we manage it so that it doesn’t become a circus, I think it could benefit us, as well as Mr. Sheen," said Price, adding that they'd probably charge between $25-$45 per person.

Charlie was arrested on Christmas day after a fight with Mueller at their vacation home in Aspen turned ugly. She called 911 in the early morning of December 25th, claiming Charlie had threatened her with a knife.

Talk about a busy day! Healing? Maybe. But definitely busy!

According to various online reports, pictures have been sold of Gary Coleman's body ... taken after he died.

Coleman's lawyer, Randy Kester, tells X17online exclusively:

"That just turns my stomach. I don't understand how somebody could take pictures of their dead loved one and try to make money."

Kester adds that as of now, "No probate has been filed."

Sources tell X17online that Shannon Price, Gary's ex, has been floating the pictures around to see how much money she could get for them. As for the buyer, the tabloid that allegedly purchased the pics has not been revealed.

In addition to the will that Price has presented, sources say that Dion Mial, a former manager for Coleman, has also come forward with a will ... this one dated back to 1999. According to that document, it names Mial as the executor to Gary's estate. We're told Mial has retained an attorney in Salt Lake City, Utah in order to keep Price away from the estate.

Our source adds that if pictures of Gary's body are printed in a publication, it's almost certain lawyers will go after any profits made from the sale.
