SCRAM can't stop LiLo from staying out as late as she wants!

The quintessential night owl, troubled starlet Lindsay Lohan, enjoyed a busy Saturday night as usual... only this time around, she brought her little sister Ali!

After a sexy photo shoot in the 'Bu, Linds next showed up to the Chateau Marmont around 11 pm and stayed until 1:40 am. Then it was off to a friend's house party in Larchmont where she and Ali stayed until 3:30 am.

I know Ali is 16, never seems to go to school (it's summer now, but whatever!) and basically just follows Linds around wherever she goes, but still... can one of them please start getting to bed at a reasonable hour? Maybe 2 am?

But somehow she still looks absolutely fabulous! The reality TV starlet made an appearance in Santa Monica on Saturday at Shape Magazine's 2nd annual Bikini Body Tour event.

In other Kim K. news, online reports are buzzing about Kim wanting to take over for Angelina Jolie in the Tomb Raider movie franchise - and true or not, we heart this idea! The 29-year-old certainly has the curves for the role, right?

Yesterday Halle Berry and a gal pal were snapped cruising around Hollywood in sweats, but of course Halle managed to look like a million bucks. The hot mama was also spotted tipping the valet a 20, so there's absolutely no reason to hate her!

Yesterday Lindsay Lohan had some sort of Cupid-inspired shoot in Malibu for GQ, and the actress slash SCRAM model stripped down to her undies and posed with a bow and arrow as Ellen Von Unwerth snapped away. We know she's no angel, but she did seem slightly more innocent than usual in this frilly white lingerie.

And that tummy? HOT!

So much for making her debut at tonight's MTV Movie Awards! Random, right?

Oscar-winning actress Sandra Bullock accepted the "Troops Choice" Award for Entertainer of the Year at Spike TV's Guys Choice Awards in LA on Saturday, her first public appearance since the highly publicized split with husband Jesse James earlier this year. And of course, she gave an award-winning speech at the event:

"Let's be honest here, just for a moment. We're all going to be honest, right? Did I win this for being entertainer of the year, or did I win this because of the spectacular I.E.D. [improvised explosive device] explosion that became my personal life?

No, it's OK. Because I would do it over again if it was to entertain our troops, and our extraordinary troops deserve something much more than some actress in a tight dress talking about herself.

I would sing but you've seen enough pain in your lifetime. I would dance, I'm a pretty good dancer, but as I mentioned the dress is a little tight. God, you guys are so good at being serious, I love it. So I would like to do something I've always wanted to do in person which is to thank you. To thank all the men and women that make it possible for me to wake up in the morning free, able to speak freely, to think freely, to make choices freely and to go to sleep safely. And it's because you've made this your life's mission without judging, without saying I'm not going to go to work because you don't believe what I believe, you just do it because it is the right thing for you to do and I thank you so much.
