Michael Lohan and ex-wife Dina have resolved their child support issues, according to Michael. Lindsay's parents went before a judge earlier today at the Nassau County Family Court in Long Island, NY.

Lohan tells X17online exclusively:

"I'm extremely happy with the outcome. I felt it was time to put my feelings aside and do what was right. Dina and I have entered into an agreement. I hope this is a stepping stone for us to be united, not only financially, but as parents. With this behind us, we can now focus on Lindsay."

Online reports claim that Lohan had been late on several child support payments for his three children. Michael confirms to X17online, "It's all behind them."

The Lohans will meet up again by next Wednesday, in which Michael says, they will make a public statement regarding their plans to move forward financially and how, as a united front, they plan to handle Lindsay's future.

Take a long hard look at these two, because after The Hills is over they'll be forgotten in no time at all! Seriously. Speidi and Kristin Cav - and maybe even Audrina - but not Steph Pratt and Lo Bosworth.

The girls were spotted shopping (albeit separately) at Kitson and Chanel in Bev Hills on Wednesday. Lo has the better personality but Steph DEF has the better legs!

The party catered to 100 guests (including celebs like The Beckhams and Kate Beckinsale) and featured these luxury items: a cotton candy machine, a lemonade stand, a bouncy castle, three birds, a face painter, a balloon artist and roaming superhero characters.

The three sheriff's department cruisers at Bruce Beresford-Redman's house moments ago were there to serve Bruce's father David with a restraining order from Zabumba restaurant manager, Norma Paula De Ahlf.

The order stems from an incident this past weekend in which Norma claims David paid a visit to her late sister's Brazilian restaurant Zabumba in Venice Beach, reportedly making threats and appearing to possibly by carrying a gun in his pocket.

Meanwhile, David told X17 exclusively this morning that he has "never owned" or "possessed a handgun."

Three sheriff's cruisers just left at the home of Bruce Beresford-Redman, according to an X17 photographer on the scene.

The Survivor producer's mother and father also just arrived with two children, Camila and Alec, and Bruce's mother Juanita accidentally hit the garage door as she was parking her car frantically. Our photographer described her as "distraught" over the police presence at her son's home.

Our photographer says police entered Beresford-Redman's home approximately 30 ago with papers. The TV producer is the only suspect in the murder of his wife Monica last month in Mexico. Mexican authorities have issued a warrant for his arrest and there has been talk of extradition -- Bruce would have to go back to the scene of the crime and face a judge and, if found guilty, could face life in a Mexican prison.

Steve Whitmore, LA County Sheriff's Public Information Officer, he tells us "It's a federal issue."

In fact, we've learned the police were there, in fact, to serve papers -- more coming on that in a minute ...

Heidi and Spencer have pulled the wool over everyone's eyes. Shocking! Looks like the reality couple who claim to have split, are still living under the same roof ... and this roof belongs to a $5.5 million dollar pad.

The real estate agent repping the home tells X17online exclusively the reality couple has rented the 5-bedroom, 6-bath, 6,200 sq. ft, single-story sprawling spread through the summer ... with an option to buy!

We caught Mr. Pratt off guard yesterday while he was grabbing some early morning grub at Coogie's Beach Cafe in The Malibu Colony Plaza. We were told that Mr. Pratt wasn't too happy that X17 captured these exclusive pix ... especially since he wasn't paid a dime for them!

So why was Spencer hanging in Malibu so early in the morning? Looks like Spence has actually been living with his supposedly estranged wife Heidi at their newly rented Malibu home.

As for the possibility of shooting the yet untitled Heidi reality show at the beach-side home, the agent says that no where in the papers does it say that it will be used for television purposes. In fact, he tells X17online exclusively, "There would have to be proper releases and insurance to make sure that none of the homes expensive interior and property would be damaged." However he admits, if they were to film a show there, it would only "increase the home's value."

Yesterday we snapped Jennifer Garner picking up daughter Violet from school in Santa Monica, and it seems like the days of little miss V riding in her mother's arms are over! Jen must be relieved -- after all, carrying a 4-year-old is a bit more of a back breaker than a little baby!
