Zac Efron and Amanda Crew arrived in LA yesterday from Vancouver after re-shoots for their upcoming film Charlie St. Cloud.

Wonder what Zac's girl Vanessa Hudgens thinks about the on-screen lovers spending all this time together in beautiful Canada, sans significant others, and smushed against each other in a crowded airplane ...

Lindsay Lohan arrived at LAX tonight just after 7 pm and avoided the paparazzi by departing in a waiting car at Terminal 4 just next door to the Tom Bradley International Terminal where she actually arrived. In fact, she and her peeps even organized a decoy car downstairs at international arrivals to throw off the paps, while a chauffeured SUV was waiting for her UPSTAIRS at the neighboring terminal -- at departures. Tricky!

So just who went to the trouble to do all this? The same guy who's rumored to have fronted $10K for Lindsay's bail. The same guy who pays her to make milkshakes at midnight. The same guy who pays her for exclusive videos of her rambling on about nothing. The same guy who's said to by putting her up at a chic Beverly Hills hotel tonight. Hmmmm ....

I guess if Lilo can't make any dough with legitimate acting work anymore, she's gotta take it where she can get it!

On Friday David Beckham made a visit to Helmand, Afghanistan where approximately 8,000 British troops are based, and the soccer superstar posed for pictures, signed autographs and he even got a lesson in weapon handling from several of the officers.

He told BFBS British Forces News: "These guys are the bravest people that I've ever met and it really is, it truly is, an honour to be here." Beckham added, "I've been wanting to come for years, but with my playing schedule I've never had the time. But obviously being injured now it's given me the chance to do things I've always wanted to do and never been able to. I'd love to come back."

Yesterday we spotted a usually chipper Jennifer Love Hewitt out and about, and the actress looked a bit down in the dumps as she ran errands on Melrose.

I know her show Ghost Whisperer just got cancelled, but it did have a pretty successful run for five seasons, so she can't be that depressed about it! After all, she's got a few film projects in the works and it's not like she's a fugitive facing jail time (ahem, Lindsay), so hopefully she'll snap out of it!

A makeup-free Demi Lovato and her beefy bodyguard were spotted leaving her NYC hotel last night, but not before the Disney princess signed several autographs and accepted some flowers from her adoring fans. Aww!

Yesterday Gwen Stefani and her nanny took sons Zuma and Kingston to Book Soup in Hollywood, and while Mr. Z seemed to be in a good mood, Kingston was as cranky as could be! The adorable celebritot threw a minor temper tantrum as he was carried to the car by his nanny, and we're not sure if he was unhappy with the selection of children's books or jealous because Zuma got to ride in mom's arms, but Gwen didn't seem too concerned with his antics.
