Not only is he adorable, talented and funny, but Nick Jonas is also incredibly down to earth! We spotted our favorite Jo Bro leaving his home this morning, and before hitching a ride to work, the 17-year-old superstar took the time to flash photogs a quick smile and a peace sign.

But is Nick the hottest teen heartthrob? Or are there more Bieber fans out there? Justin has nice hair and all, but we'd pick Nick over him any day of the week!

Matt Lauer and his wife Annette claim that the story of them splitting up is not true. The Today anchor says that allegations of him moving out of the family home are "a work of fiction."

"I am living in my apartment with Annette and my children as a family and a couple. I have never moved out. I am not moving out. There is no truth to that," Lauer tells People.

Lauer is currently co-anchoring Today from the Cannes Film Festival. He adds, "Have we had a completely perfect, easy marriage? No. But the stories you've read over the years are not true. I don't think we're any different than any married couple that's been together for 12 years. The accusations [of infidelity] are ridiculous and I'm not going to [dignify] them with an answer. It's not true."

Annette Lauer is also speaking out telling the mag, "Out of self respect, I want to stand up for our family and protect them." As for previous marital difficulties, the former model admits to problems, but says, "We have worked through it."

Calls to Matt Lauer's rep have not been returned.

Today we snapped a cutoff-clad Miley Cyrus arriving at a recording studio in Hollywood, and the teen queen certainly didn't look like she was in the mood to make any music!

Maybe she'd rather be on set shooting a film? Now that she gets to work with stars like Demi Moore (the two are set to star in LOL together), maybe she'll transition from sexy music videos to gritty acting roles? Maybe not with her part in LOL, but certainly down the road!

Yesterday, Kim tweeted two pix of she and her sisters in skimpy one pieces on the cover of Vegas magazine, one in white, one in black and asked fans to vote on which cover they prefer!

Lindsay Lohan continues to party her days away in New York, despite her father's plea for her to reign herself in and give up her late-night lifestyle. With big sucker in hand, Linds hit up 1OAK in NYC for a party celebrating the Wildfox Fall 2010 Collection last night.

This is just the latest party stop for Lohan. On Wednesday, Lindsay and her entourage of about 30 rolled up to Iggy Pop's New York concert in Williamsburg. Those who saw the young starlet arrive say she "looked totally wasted."

Lindsay is getting ready today for her trip to Cannes where she's expected to announce her new role as Linda Lovelace in the upcoming movie Inferno ... and of course, enjoy some overseas partying, no doubt!

However Michael Lohan can't believe, of all concerts, that Lindsay chose to attend an Iggy Pop show. Lohan tells X17online exclusively:

"My God. is this the kind of person Lindsay and others idolize???!! This guy looks worst than Jesus Christ on the cross. That's what heroin will do to you."

Michael adds, "While Lindsay parties, I'm studying with new and upcoming fitness guru, Jon Koga. Am I getting ready for a battle in court, my upcoming pro wrestling match or just relieving stress? You'll find out soon." Either way, looks like Mr. Lohan is taking his fitness seriously.

Roman Polanski is being accused of sexual assault yet again.

Just moments ago British actress Charlotte Lewis, who appeared in Polanski's 1986 film Pirates came forward to claim she was victimized by Polanski in Paris in 1982 when she was just 16 years old, while he was a fugitive from his 1977 rape trial in the US.

Accompanied by her attorney Gloria Allred, Lewis held a press conference in LA, where Lewis said Polanski "sexually abused me in the worst possible way when I was just 16, four years after he fled the US."

Lewis claims the director "forced himself upon me" in his Parisian apartment and Allred says her client "is ready to testify under oath if and when that is necessary."

"I came forward because I heard Polanski is fighting his return," Lewis said. "His legal team portrayed his assault as an isolated incident," but Lewis says that's clearly not the case. Allred says they've reported it to the Los Angeles authorities, but since Lewis is British and the alleged offense took place in Paris, it's not clear what jurisdiction they'd have, if any.

The Oscar-winning director is still fighting previous sexual assault charges. Polanski is accused of giving drugs to Samantha Geimer, then aged 13, and raping her at the home of actor Jack Nicholson back in 1977. Polanski was indicted on six felony counts and pleaded guilty to one count of unlawful sexual intercourse.

Polanski has been living under house arrest at his Swiss chalet in the luxury resort of Gstaad. Back in 1978, he fled the U.S. on the eve of his sentencing date, and authorities have been trying to get him back ever since.

With most of older Hollywood in Cannes, LA became the playground for fresh new faces like Jonas Brothers, Ashley Greene and Nina Dobrev at JC Penney's 12th Annual Young Hollywood Awards.

The crew of musicians, actors and CW stars gathered in Los Angeles last night where Mario Lopez hosted the event.

Justin Bieber won Newcomer of the Year, but couldn't come to the awards so he sent a video message from the set of his new video, "Somebody to Love" instead.

Solo Nick Jonas received Artist of the Year, while current DWTS star Chad Ochocinco took home Athlete of the Year, while Twilight's Nikki Reed won Superstar in the Making and her co-star Ashley Greene took home Style Icon.

CW stars Nina Dobrev (Vampire Diaries) and Jessica Stroup (90210) also took honors, for Young Hollywood Making Their Mark and Sparkling Performance, respectively.

And Ashley, Nina and other hot young celebs turned up for the smokin' hot Svedka after-party where they they enjoyed Svedka Hot Bot cocktails. Yum!

Gisele Bundchen was named the world's top earning model, raking in $25 million last year in an annual list of model money-makers.

Ironically, the recession has helped Gisele stay on top for the second year in a row, as brands take less risks on new faces in times of economic stress.

"Companies want to know that if they're putting money behind a talent that she is recession-proof," Ivan Bart, senior vice president and managing director of IMG Models, which represents model superstars such as Gisele Bundchen and Heidi Klum told Forbes. "We find that the experienced models continue to earn well."

Speaking of experienced, joining the 29-year-old new mom Gisele is 36-year-old Heidi Klum who earned $16 million to rank second, and 36-year-old Kate Moss, who comes in at third with $9 million thanks to her clothing and fragrance line. Also in the top ten were Adriana Lima, Doutzen Kroes, Miranda Kerr and the only American on the list -- Carolyn Murphy.

And it's no surprise that Gisele would top the list even after giving birth to baby Benjamin -- in fact looking at these sexy new shots for lingerie company Hope, you can barely even tell the Brazilian had a baby at all!
