Orlando Bloom is set to hit the stand next week in a Los Angeles courtroom to testify about the burglary that took place at his Hollywood Hills home back in July 2009, according to People Magazine.

The 33-year-old actor was among several celebrities who were targeted by a group of young thiefs. The alleged suspects are Rachel Lee, Nick Prugo, Diana Tamayo, Courtney Ames and Roy Lopez Jr, who are all facing felony charges. A sixth suspect, Jonathan Ajar, has already pleaded guilty to obtaining stolen goods during these alleged crimes.

As for Bloom, valuable watches and over $500-thousand in artwork were stolen. Other celebs who were robbed allegedly by this group: Lindsay Lohan, Rachel Bilson and Paris Hilton. According to police, these young crooks stole over $3-million worth of goods.

Star of E!'s Pretty Wild, Alexis Neiers, will be on trial next week to face one felony count of burglary connected to the Bloom robbery incident ... a charge in which she's pleaded not guilty.

Kristen Stewart is leaving Edward Cullen in the fog, and preparing to star in a big screen adaptation of Jack Kerouac's On the Road.

The 20-year-old actress will start filming in August. For the movie, Stewart will play Mary Lou, the on-again, off-again wife of Dean Moriarty ... a character based on Neal Cassady from the Beat Generation.

Director Walter Salles has been writing the On the Road adaptation for years, even filming a documentary while traveling the word and tracing the footsteps of Kerouac. As for Kerouac's novel, it was first published back in 1957 and has since sold millions of copies.

Millions of Little Monsters may have been thrilled to see their idol performing her new hit Alejandro on American Idol Wednesday, but one person not happy about the performance was GaGa herself.

Yesterday she tweeted that "FOX POORLY + AMATEURLY edited+cut my performance/musical arrangement on idol."

Her original performance, which was pre-taped, ran at 6 1/2 minutes long, but GaGa was pissed that "Fox chopped up my performance in 4 places," bringing it in at 5 minutes, still quite a long show by Idol standards.
