Lindsay Lohan continued her partying ways last night, through early this morning, at new hotspot Las Palmas ... and her father Michael Lohan has had enough.

Michael's attorney Lisa Bloom had sent a letter to Lindsay's camp ... requesting a sit down meeting with Dina, Lindsay and Shawn Chapman Holley, Lindsay's lawyer to discuss how to get Lindsay into rehab. Yesterday was the deadline for them to respond, and we're told the request was ignored.

Lisa Bloom, Michael's attorney, tells X17online exclusively,

"Lindsay won't agree to go voluntarily to rehab. Michael and I did meet to discuss the best strategies for Lindsay. Right now, all options remain open. His heart is broken. As any father with an adult child who is doing poorly, this is heartbreaking to him."

Yesterday afternoon, X17 photographers caught Lindsay arriving at Right On Programs for her DUI-related classes. Both Dina and Lindsay remain tight-lipped when asked about meeting with Lindsay's dad. However sources tell us that with Bloom's help, Michael will be pursuing "legal remedies."

As for Lindsay attending her DUI classes, Bloom tells X17online, "That's a good start."

Shawn Chapman Holley has not responded to our requests for comment.

Last night Lindsay Lohan was spotted arriving at the new Wednesday night hot spot Las Palmas (formerly LAX) around 10:30pm with her mom Dina and several friends, and while that seems relatively tame, Lindsay didn't call it a night until about half an hour ago!

After leaving the club at 2:30am, Lindsay and about ten pals (mom Dina had already taken off for the night) headed to a private house party in the hills, and Lindsay headed home around 7am. I guess when you go to your court mandated alcohol classes earlier in the day, it's a good excuse to cut loose later? Either that, or Linds just can't resist a good cinco de Mayo bash!

Speaking of party girls, we also spotted Tiger Woods' alleged mistress Rachel Uchitel at the club, so who knows whether or not she chatted with Lindsay ... maybe Rach could give her some career advice?

Paris Hilton had a busy day of meeting after meeting yesterday as she shuttled around town dressed head-to-toe in black.

Yesterday we saw an assistant/cameraman following Lindsay as she was escorted by her mom to Right On Programs, her alcohol education program in Glendale.

As Lindsay preps for a comeback, we wonder if she's also documenting her return to work, Comeback style.

While she was shooting, photogs asked Lindsay whether she was afraid to go to jail, about her upcoming role as a porn star, and if she had spoken to Michael Lohan lately.

Sounds like she's already got some great footage!

What originally began as a fake trailer before Grindhouse has now become a down and dirty full length flick!

Co-director Robert Rodriguez is calling this his "illegal" trailer for Machete, which stars Danny Trejo (in the title role), Michelle Rodriguez, Jessica Alba and, of course, Lindsay Lohan. Not a lotta Linds in the trailer - she did Tweet about it though - except for a couple shots of her in a nun's outfit licking a gun... sound familiar???

Linds also Tweeted the following earlier this afternoon: "Beautiful, bright, sunshine day!" Guess that seven hour deposition yesterday didn't dampen her spirits?



Doesn't look like it! This movie might not be the career boost LiLo needs, but it is probably a gleeful thrill ride.
