Maksim Chmerkovskiy was all smiles and sexiness when we caught him at Trousdale last night, but earlier in the day the Dancing With The Stars hunk went on the defensive against Elisabeth Hasselbeck after she made tasteless comments about his dance partner Erin Andrews.

On The View yesterday, Hasselbeck quipped that Andrews' costumes were too revealing, saying, “In light of what happened and as a legal [matter] and as inexcusable as it was for that horrific guy to go in and try to peep on her in her hotel room ... I mean, in some way if I’m him, I’m like, ‘Man! I just could’ve waited 12 weeks and seen this -- a little bit less -- without the prison time!’” After that Maks tweeted, "I'm the one designing @ErinAndrewsESPN's dresses for the show, so I'll just assume that @ehasselbeck is jealous...and stupid 4 her comments."

Andrews added, "I think people can have opinions about the costumes and the show ... but my biggest complaint is she's a woman and a mother and there was giggling [and] it was a mockery of something I've lived through this past year ... I felt like it was a slap in the face for victims of stalkers and victims of sexual predators."

Hasselbeck has since publicly apologized for the incident, and on The View today she revealed that she has called Andrews to personally apologize as well.

Spencer Pratt tells Life & Style his wife Heidi Montag wants to increase the size of her breast implants from 700 cc’s to 800 cc’s, and apparently it's all for TV ratings!

“She wants to do it within the next two months and film it for the new TV show she and Spencer have been pitching to cable networks E! and Oxygen,” according to an insider for the mag. Spencer tells L&S, “I try to stop her. She wants her doctor to come over once a week to plump up her lips. I keep telling her that they’re big enough and that she doesn’t need it." The scariest part is, Heidi is reportedly looking to have the third breast augmentation done in Europe, and not by an American board certified doctor!

So what's pushing her to have more work done? Spencer says the incident all stems from a recent interview with Ryan Seacrest. Spencer tells L&S, “When Heidi entered the studio, Ryan told her that her breasts didn’t look that big to him." But rather than calming Heidi down, the comment freaked her out and made her believe that her boobs still weren't big enough. “She was taken aback,” Spencer says. “She came home in shock.”

Girls Next Door alum Kendra Wilkson has a sex tape, according to Vivid Entertainment.

The porn company, who claims they have the tape, gave the following statement to X17online:

'We know that Kendra has millions of fans and we feel that it's rare to find well-produced, hardcore footage of a star of her magnitude. The tape was brought to us by a third party and after consulting with our attorneys, we are confident in our right to distribute it. We've been trying to reach Kendra but have so far been unsuccessful. We therefore made the decision to release 'Kendra Exposed' to stores across the country by the end of May. We believe this could be our all time best selling celebrity tape.”

According to Vivid, the sex tape was "made before she was engaged to and then married Philadelphia Eagles receiver Hank Basket." The company adds, "The name of her sex partner in the video, that was shot prior to her moving into the Playboy mansion, has not been revealed."

As Vivid mentions, Kendra Exposed should be hitting store shelves by the end of this month.

Kendra's rep would not comment on the matter.

But does she really need one? Guess some people think so!

Leigh Kilton-Smith is Jennifer Aniston's longtime acting coach - she's been with the actress for 20 years - and now she's become Jen's life coach, reports Life & Style.

According to their insider, Leigh hopes to pull Jen out of her career slump by advising the star on acting projects, prospective boyfriends and even practicing feng shui! Says the insider:

"Leigh advised Jen to abandon her ‘just for show’ relationship with Gerard Butler, and Jen tells friends that she won’t make any life or work decisions without consulting Leigh first. She was the one who convinced Jen to break up with John Mayer and to get involved with the charity Friends of El Faro."

All good advice in my book! Even though Jen's rep denies the "life coach" title, the twosome are very close and likely swap advice. Sounds like Leigh is doing a good job so far!

It's amazing how a simple black outfit can subtract those ten pounds that the camera adds! Last night Mischa Barton attended the Charlotte Ronson and JC Penney Spring Cocktail Jam, and for once, the actress actually picked out some clothes that work with her body. Now, if only she could pick some decent roles...

Michael Lohan is giving Lindsay's lawyer, Shawn Chapman Holley, an ultimatum ... meet with him today or face legal action, a source close to the situation tells X17online exclusively.

Our sources adds that a letter has been sent from Lisa Bloom to Holley on behalf of Michael requesting a sit down meeting with Dina, Lindsay and Holley. We're told everyone involved has "been cooperative."

In the letter, Bloom gave today as a deadline for the meeting to take place. Our source tells us, "If this meeting doesn't happen, then Michael and Lisa will move forward with legal remedies."

In a statement to our photographers yesterday, Dina responded to accusations she's not doing anything to help Lindsay and that she's denying Lindsay even has a problem, saying that she wasn't out partying with her daughter the other night until 2pm, but instead she was having dinner with Lindsay. She added, "Everything Michael says is lie."

In an exclusive statement to X17online, Michael responds to Dina:

"I can't take the lies and accusations. I NEVER put anything out there about Dina - NEVER. As a matter of fact, I said to the press that Dina and Lindsay were probably having dinner, the Chateau is a hotel! I stuck up for them. And that rumor about me trying to get into Industry is a LIE! Who would go to a club at 2 am, when that's the time they close? What are people stupid. I NEVER tried to get in, I was at my hotel alllllllll night sitting by the pool. I went up to my room and got a call from a limo driver who said Lindsay was at Industry, so I got dressed and waited in the drivers car. I NEVER tried to get in. I was outside in the car for 15 minutes as everyone left ... and I left."

This morning we snapped Heidi Klum, husband Seal and their beautiful children leaving LAX, and the happy family is on their way to Costa Careyes, Mexico to walk down the aisle a sixth time.

Five years ago the couple tied the knot at Seal's Costa Careyes home, and every year since then they have renewed their vows. The theme of this years fiesta is brides and grooms, and last year they threw a "white trash"-inspired renewal ceremony (in Malibu this time because Heidi was pregnant with baby Lou), complete with mullets and frumpy clothes.

...Michael Lohan was lunching at the Newsroom Cafe in Beverly Hills. And who's the lovely lady he's hanging out with? His music video co-star!

The famous father, however, had no comment about LiLo's depo.
