"This couldn't be further from the truth. Dr. Ryan would never prescribe her more medicine than needed. Like after any surgery, I'm sure she was prescribed pain killers, but she has never abused them."

A source close to 23-year-old Heidi says these claims are "ridiculous" and "since it's not true, it doesn't really bother her."

Heidi's rep adds that the Pratts are way too active to be pill poppers, telling us:

"Heidi and Spencer are more active than ever. Heidi has been surfing and golfing just about every day. There's no way she could be out of it. She has no ability to be on pain meds. It's impossible."

Calls to Dr. Frank Ryan, Heidi's plastic surgeon, were not immediately returned.
