HERE's the video you've been waiting to see ... Watch it as it all went down just two hours ago as Michael heads into Lindsay's West Hollywood building to get his girls and emerges frustrated. He tells an X17 camera the girls' mother Dina "is no help; that's for damn sure."

Michael Lohan stormed his daughter Lindsay's apartment this morning with the help of three sheriffs, on the pretext of protecting his younger daughter Ali.

Ali, a minor at 16 years-old, has been staying with her older sister for a week without another legal guardian present. Michael is worried Lindsay's negative ways may be rubbing off on Ali after the two have spent time partying together at clubs and attending the Coachella music festival this past weekend.

Michael tells X17online exclusively:

"They gave me the key at the front desk to get into Lindsay's apartment. I was there to check on Ali's welfare. She's a minor; I had to make sure she was okay. I heard they were driving 115 mph on the way back from Coachella. We went up with the sheriffs. We went inside, made sure she was okay. Lindsay was getting irate so i left and she said she's going to get a restraining order against me. But I have to watch what's going on. Ali should not be out here alone."

Because Michael was, in the end, helpless to do anything, he says he'll take this case to Child Protective Services:

"I'm gonna see what Child Protective Services will do and what Lindsay's attorney will do and if they won't do anything, we'll just have to take it step by step."

According to Deputy Wilson at the West Hollywood Sheriff’s Department, deputies responded to a “welfare check." Michael Lohan contacted sheriffs to "check on 16-year-old Ali, who is visiting Lindsay." The deputy also told us that either Lindsay or Ali contacted Dina to let her know what just happened.

He added: "No one is really happy when they have to deal with law enforcement for this type of situation, but she [Lindsay] did was she had to do and we did what we had to do."

Jon Gosselin has fired his attorney Anthony List, and he's letting the world know via Twitter. The father of eight tweets:

Mr. Anthony List Sr., Esq. is not my representing attorney; I terminated him on April 15, 2010. He has no legal right to speak to the press or anyone on my behalf.

List, whose been handling Jon's custody case, has been very vocal over the last few weeks about Kate's parenting skills previously telling X17online:

"I don't find any fault with her lifestyle, just her parenting. That's what I'm concered with as Jon's lawyer. Hollywood has had too much influence on the decisions she's made as a mother. It's a lifestyle that's a very unique one. But it's a problem when she starts using the children because she's angry with Jon. Putting a gym in her home to practice dancing doesn't make her a good parent. She is where she is today because of those eight children."

As for Jon's next plan of attack, he tweets:

Kate, her attorneys and I are moving forward to work out things privately and amicably.

Tim Urban might've gone home - too bad, he was adorable! - but the rest of Wednesday night's Idol Gives Back special was pretty uplifting...

A whole slew of celebs got involved, including Victoria Beckham, Ben Affleck, Jim Carrey, Russell Brand, Jen Garner and, yes the Octomom. Even President Obama and his wife recorded a message of support, where the Prez quipped, "As Randy says, you're all my dogs."

Elton John, Fergie, Alicia Keys, Carrie Underwood and Mary J. Blige performed, and George Lopez turned the tables and poked fun at the judges! Best line? He said he's "always wanted to ask this one question of you Simon Cowell - saline or silicone?" Loves it!

Sounds like an emotional night, except for Lopez's quips!

Heidi Montag is still suing The Hills’ executive producer Adam Divello for sexual assault contrary to online reports claiming the lawsuit has been dropped.

Sources close to the couple tell X17online exclusively that "the lawsuit is 100% on." In the lawsuit, Montag claims Divello touched her butt cheeks and stomach on the set of MTV's The Hills.

Our source adds, "Heidi still feels that Adam acted inappropriately as a producer. He wasn't professional on the set."

MTV claims the lawsuit against Divello is "completely false and without merit."

As X17online first reported, the relationship between The Pratts and MTV is beyond strained. Our source says:

"MTV has been asking Heidi to shoot scenes for the last couple episodes of The Hills, and she's been declining. She's trying her hardest to film as little as possible. Part of her wants to make it difficult for them."

MTV hasn't been asking Spencer to film any episodes lately. "MTV still owes him money for past episodes, and Spencer doesn't exactly get along with the show's producers," adds our source.

Heidi's rep says "no comment."

Sounds like the drama off-camera is better than what's being caught on tape!

She may have posed nude for the latest issue of Harper's Bazaar, but in her interview with the mag, Kim Kardashian reveals she regrets posing for Playboy back in 2007.

Kim told the mag, “I’m sorry I did Playboy. I was uncomfortable," adding that it was her mother, Kris Jenner who pushed her to do it. Kim says Kris told her, "They might never ask you again. Our show isn’t on the air yet. No one knows who you are. Do it and you’ll have these beautiful pictures to look at when you're my age."

Think this rules out Kim posing for the men's mag anytime in the near future?

From the drab color to the unflattering fit, these might be the worst things I've ever seen. I know homegirl has some serious hips to deal with, but these pants are not doing her any favors! A pair of daisy dukes with ripped leggings and UGGs would have been less offensive!

The outrageously gorgeous Paulina Porizkova is expressing her sadness over Kate Hudson's alleged boob job. The supermodel tells Modelinia:

"My issue here isn’t with Kate. If big boobs make her happier, then more power to her. The issue here, this fixing something perfect to something else perfect, is so much a sign of our times, and one that truly saddens me... The cup size was undeniably different. (And no, we’re not speaking of the latte.) Was there a chance it was merely a hardworking push-up bra? I find myself practically praying over Kate’s boobs. Pathetic, I know."
