Sleek Hollywood couple Kate Beckinsale and her hot director hubby Len Wiseman attended The Losers premiere after party at the Luckman Plaza on Sunset Tuesday night, along with stars Chris Evans, Zoe Saldana and Jeffrey Dean Morgan.

Heather Locklear was for arrested for a hit-and-run accident near her LA home last Saturday. The actress is currently on probation for a reckless driving incident from 2008.

Heather drove up a curb near the intersection of Lakeview Canyon and Falling Star Avenue in Thousand Oaks at around 4am Saturday morning, striking a No Parking Sign, Ventura County Sheriff's Captain Ross Bonfiglio confirms to X17online. The actress then drove away from the scene without reporting the incident. A surveillance video helped deputies trace the accident to Locklear's black 2005 BMW.

A person living near the intersection heard the incident at 4am, but didn't call the sheriff's until 7:48pm Saturday night. Upon arriving on scene, deputies noticed that the guard shack for The North Ranch Country Club Estates, where Locklear lives, has a surveillance camera. That's where they found footage of her damaged car leaving the scene and after running the plates, they discovered it was Locklear's car.

Captain Bonfiglio says they interviewed Locklear asking where she was coming from at 4am Saturday night, but he tells us "they didn't get much information." He adds, "There was no indication that she was intoxicated," and "she was very cooperative."

Locklear was arrested for hit-and-run, but not taken into custody because the offense is considered a misdemeanor.

Just two year ago in Santa Barbara, Locklear was arrested for allegedly driving under the influence of prescription pills. She was placed on three years of informal probation after pleading no contest to reckless driving.

Whether this incident is considered a violation of her probation is yet to be decided. Calls to Heather's rep have not been returned.

The "Rude Boy" singer was treated for an unknown condition Monday night, but apparently is doing okay now!

After a gig in Switzerland, Rihanna was rushed from Zurich's Hallenstadion venue to a private clinic around midnight, reports MTV UK.

A spokesperson for the hospital told reporters: "The singer Rihanna came yesterday evening to the emergency room. We do not know the details."

She left the hospital at 3am and returned to the venue. Seems Ri is fine as she's ready to continue her tour. Glad it was nothing serious... whatever it was!

Posh chatted about everything from her fashion line to finding the perfect pair of jeans, and it seems like she's in a great spot in her life right now. "I feel more confident in myself because I feel fulfilled, creatively and professionally," she says. "I've still got a long way to go, but I feel very happy. I'm in a good place in my life. And I don't feel I have to prove myself as much as I used to have to." She's got a hunky hubby, three beautiful boys and a successful singing and fashion career, so we'd be inclined to agree!

Though Shawn Southwick vehemently denies cheating on husband Larry King, her son's baseball coach Hector Penate is claiming he had an affair with her, and he's spilling all the dirty details!

"We had sex in Larry's bed a lot. I felt like it was my house. I really think she had the affair with me because of him and her sister," the aspiring actor and coach tells In Touch Magazine.

Just last week, King and Southwick filed divorce papers after reports surfaced of an alleged affair between the CNN anchor and Southwick's 46-year-old sister, Shannon Engemann.

Penate says that after he and Southwick met in 2007, they began sleeping together 2 1/2 weeks later. In addition to going on a Cabo San Lucas trip with the Kings, he claims she even talked about 76-year-old King's demise saying, "Don't worry, he's gonna die soon.'"
