Kate Gosselin is the latest celebrity to be kicked off ABC's Dancing With The Stars, and the reality TV star wept last night when it was announced that she and partner Tony Dovolani were the latest to leave.

As Kate cried in front of the cameras, Dovolani said, "I give her all the credit for showing up, as exhausted as she was, she still showed up every day. You showed America that it doesn't matter how much things go against you, you still come out here and give it your best."

Kate apologized for her tears and said, "I love everyone that I met ... it was a great experience." She added that despite her low scores, she gave her best in the ballroom. DWTS judge Bruno Tonioli didn't seem to agree, as he commented yesterday that "Tony could have had more life out of a frock on a coat hanger." Though Kate gave it her best shot, it looks like it was time for her to go -- after all, she's got eight kids to take care of, not to mention a new TV show!

Not only did Heidi Klum look fabulous when she lunched at Cecconi's yesterday afternoon, but when she noticed the rain on the way to her car, she didn't seem to mind at all!

Earlier in the day the leggy model/Project Runway host was spotted on Robertson and at the Hollywood Foreign Press Association, so it was nice to see she had enough energy left to smile for photogs!

Michael Douglas and wife Diandra were spotted leaving a Manhattan court on Tuesday afternoon after their 31-year-old son Cameron was sentenced to five years in prison for drug-related charges.

Michael watched the sentencing from the second row, and excerpts from the Oscar winner's handwritten note to the judge were read in court. Michael wrote, “Judge Berman, I love my son, but I’m not blind to his actions. I do believe out of this adversity he will be a positive citizen. I don’t want to see him break.”

After a day of shopping and dinner, reunited couple Jude Law and Sienna Miller are off! We spotted the twosome leaving their Beverly Hills hotel today and later arriving at LAX.

Michael Jackson's estate has agreed to join forces with Cirque du Soliel to produce an arena-touring show based on the music and songs of the King of Pop, it was announced today.

The production is expected to debut in the Fall of 2011 and a permanent Las Vegas show will open in late 2012.

A nightclub and other "special lifestyle projects" will also be developed, according to Cirque's website.
