Various entertainment websites have reported that Grammy winning singer Luis Miguel has been hospitalized for intestinal problems stemming from a bad reaction to medication, and he is supposed to undergo surgery in the next day or so.

Though Miguel was apparently admitted to Cedars-Sinai Medical Center last week, one recent report claims that the 39-year-old crooner has been moved to intensive care, and we've even heard a rumor that the singer has already passed away.

Miguel, who will turn 40 next week, once dated Mariah Carey and is often described as the Latin Frank Sinatra. Miguel's record label and publicist have not yet responded to our inquiries about his condition.

Larry King's estranged wife Shawn is currently holed up in her Beverly Hills mansion with high profile attorney Robert S. Kauffman discussing her divorce plans.

An X17 photographer on the scene tells us "he had a very serious face as he approached Shawn's front door...like he was ready for business."

A King family source tells X17online that prior to Kauffman's arrival, Shawn had been talking to her attorney all morning on the phone.

Kauffman has represented other high profile cases including Roseanne Barr's divorce from third husband, Ben Thomas.

This afternoon we spotted a Free City-clad Nicole Richie taking Harlow to Creation Station in Studio City, and it looks like the celebritot had a blast hanging with her BFF. It must also be nice for Nicole to have someone to hang out with too!

"I don't believe there is someone out there who can handle my baggage that's too heavy to lift. I'm married to my kids and my career... Honestly, I don't believe there is anyone out there."

Plus, Kate adds that she doesn't "really have time" to date. And we believe her! Performing on DWTS, getting ready for her new TV show and taking care of all her children must be fairly time consuming.

Kate also mentioned that she doesn't diss her ex-hubby in front of the kids, explaining that "it's not my job to cloud my kids' opinion one way or another." At least she's taking the high road, right?

And isn't his hair amazingly non-greasy and his face utterly not-puffy? Who knows if Brandon Davis really Tweeted those nasty comments about ex Mischa Barton, but he DID start the "firecrotch" fiasco. We wouldn't be surprised if he's up to his old tricks again!
