Yesterday afternoon Mischa Barton hit up the Culver Studios for a meeting, and afterward we spotted the actress sitting in her car in the red zone rolling and lighting a cigarette! Well, what else could it possibly be?

Yesterday afternoon Britney Spears headed to the Mondrian, and the pop princess looked fab from a few feet away, but upon closer inspection it looks like she got dressed in a mad rush! Not only did she forget her bra, but girlfriend was walking around WeHo with her fly down!

Whatevs, she still looked hot!

After skipping out on a deposition today because she was too busy to sit through an entire day of questioning, X17 photographers spotted Lindsay Lohan and her little sister shopping on Robertson!

Lindsay was supposed to show up to the deposition regarding an incident in 2007 in which she (allegedly) held three men hostage as she used their SUV to chase her former assistant down the PCH. As you may recall, the actress was booked for driving under the influence, driving on a suspended license and possession of cocaine, which is a felony.

When Lindsay realized she was going to be stuck in a legal meeting all day, she used the "I'm an in demand actress" excuse and took off, hitting up Diavolina on Robertson and later enjoying a nice leisurely lunch at La Scala with Ali.

Lindsay stocked up on boots, shoes and cute summery dresses at Diavolina, and a spy at La Scala tells X17online that the starlet noshed on food with her pals and didn't seem to have a care in the world. Sounds a heck of a lot better than a deposition to me!

Okay, she JUST got her chopped short. And she's already adding extensions? I don't get it!

Jennifer Love Hewitt must be super in love with her hair... and in love with shopping! Because that's exactly what we spotted her doing on Robertson Tuesday afternoon, dressed up in a casual business suit and much longer hair than before.

Honestly? These pix remind me of old school J.Love back when she was starring in I Know What You Did Last Summer!

Rumors have been swirling that Kate Gosselin may be permanently relocating to the West Coast. The mother of eight has been kicking up her heels on Dancing With the Stars, and a source close to the show tells X17online that "Kate is loving the Hollywood life."

Jon Gosselin's lawyer, Anthony F. List tells X17online exclusively:

"Jon is not happy about her relocating anywhere. He's having a hard enough time seeing the children as it is. The law in Pennsylvania is very clear that if you make a move like that, 3,000 miles away, it's not something that the court supports. If it's for the children's best interest to move, then the courts have authority to grant the request."

List says Jon opened up to him saying, "I miss the kids, and she won't let me spend time with them." Jon's lawyer adds, "A lot of times, the kids will cry to their mother because they miss their dad, and she's pretty hard-nosed about it."

Wednesday morning in Pennsylvania, Jon's brother-in-law spoke out regarding, what he believes, were violations of the state's child labor laws. According to his argument, the Gosselins' eight kids didn't have work permits to film Jon & Kate Plus 8. But after an investigation, state officials decided not to file charges...as long as it doesn't happen again.

Neither Jon, nor Kate, attended the hearing. As for Kate's possible move to LA, sources tell X17online that the 35-year-old has been eyeing homes in the Hollywood Hills.

Last night Kristin Cavallari partied at Trousdale in West Hollywood, and she wasn't the only famous face who showed up! We spotted a dance-happy Deryck Whibley, Josh Hartnett decked out in black-rimmed glasses, a sweaty Jason Statham, and even Khloe Kardashian's hubby Lamar Odom making the rounds. Actors, rockers and Lakers? Now that's what I call a party!
