Mischa Barton really knows how to pick 'em! Of course, at least Cisco isn't as obnoxious as her other ex...

Heidi Montag is following in her frenemy Lauren Conrad's footsteps and adding writer to her resume.

But instead of penning a thinly veiled tell-all about her experience on The Hills, Heidi is gunning to become the next Shane Black!

"I’m writing a movie right now. It’s very action packed," the reality star told Us. "It's Bourne-meets-Barbie."

So who would star in her Bourne-meets-Barbie action-packed movie? Heidi, of course!

"I would love to be an action star," she said. "I've trained in knife fighting and guns for over two years with one of the founding members of Saw, [who] was [in] the original Delta Force. So I've been shooting and practicing the whole real-life action figure for years," she revealed. "So I'm very excited to have action roles."

Heidi as the next action star? Does that mean she wants to go more Angelina Jolie in serious action roles or Jennifer Aniston in action comedies? "Actually, I want a combination of both," she said. Course, Montag recently tweeted that she wants to be the blonde Tomb Raider, so we think we know where her loyalties really lie!

After drawing fire last week for comparing his ex-girlfriend Mischa Barton to a "hefer", Brandon Davis is denying he ever sent the tweets in the first place.

The controversial celebutante told In Touch Weekly, "I would never say anything nasty about Mischa, especially about her weight," the oil heir tells In Touch. “I am pissed that someone stole my identity and started Twittering things."

The most offensive tweet has since been deleted from his allegedly fake account, but over the weekend, whoever uses "BrandonDavis14" apologized, saying:

"With rick soloman. He stole my phone and wrote the mischa comment. Would never speak that way about an ex."

Well, at least fake Brandon and real Brandon both had the good sense to deny it was them!

Gwyneth Paltrow kept her head down as she left a New York city gym today.

The fitness buff, who's opening her own workout studio in Los Angeles, recently revealed that she doesn't think she looks as good naked now as she did during Iron Man 2, when she was working out every day, but "I'll get it back together."

It seems that Gwyn is doing just that in order to take off the weight she gained for her role as an alcoholic country singer in Love Don't Let Me Down.

But there is one thing she's not willing to take off just yet:

Jesse James' mistress has broken her silence... again! The tattoo model gave an interview to Australian TV show Today Tonight on Yahoo!7 about her affair with Sandra Bullock's hubby about her involvement in the sex scandal, those Nazi rumors and how she can empathize with the Oscar-winner.

What would Michelle say to Sandra if she could?

"I'm sorry for your embarrassment. I'm sorry all this is public. I'm sorry for everything. I want to give her a heartfelt apology. She must be hurt, devastated, upset, embarrassed. I do feel really bad about it... I feel like I was duped just as much as Sandra was. I feel like I was lied to just as much as she was. If Jesse was upfront with me in the beginning, we wouldn't be in this situation."

Hmm, but didn't Michelle know Jesse was married? "I did know," she admits, but believed him when he said they were "not together."

She also talks about why Jesse might've married Sandra Bullock: "Maybe he was attracted to her goodness, the cleanliness?"

Even though DWTS producers are terrified one of Pam's boobs will slip out on national tv, giving the family show a Superbowl-sized headache, Anderson doesn't really see the need to wear pasties (little stickers that cover the nipples).

On Ryan Seacrest's radio show this morning, she said of the little nipple stickers, "I think they arrive at every rehearsal and everywhere I go. They hand them to me. I don't like them. They bother me and I burst through them anyway...it's just a nipple!"

She went on to tell Ryan, "I'm like 'oh hi, no nothing is going to fall out nothing is going to burst out.' I don't know what it is. These outfits I'm wearing are much less revealing than the [professional] dancers."

Pam also cleared the air on the rumors that she and the other blonde mom on the show don't get along. "No, no," she said of reports that she and Kate Gosselin are engaged in a celebrity feud. "She sits next to me and we get our hair done. I've talked to her a few times...she's not bitchy to me."

Jon and Kate will be in court sooner than later. X17online exclusively has learned that a court date has been set for May 25 at The Berks County Courthouse in Reading, Pennsylvania, in which the Gosselins will me meet face to face regarding child support and custody.

Jon's lawyer Anthony F. List tells X17online exclusively that Jon continuously gets rejected by Kate when it comes to visiting their eight kids:

"He wanted to spend this weekend with the kids and she said no. She wanted the nannies to watch them instead."

As for the strained communication between the two exes, he says, "They talk on a need-to-talk basis, for scheduling ... because there are constant changes with the children’s schedules."

Regarding child support, List quips, "I want to hear what she’s making. Child support is what both parents make. There is no question that the calculations will show that Kate is making substantially more money than Jon."

Some reports have hinted that Jon will partner with Kate in an upcoming show. List fires back saying, "He never said he wanted to be a part of it. There has not been any offer made, but he’s going to consider anything that’s a good faith offer. He likes his reality shows, so I think he’d be into that."

As for TLC speaking to Jon regarding a show, List confirms, "They have been in communication with him."
