Kourtney Kardashian is always cool as a cucumber ... especially after she's gotten some D from boy toy Younes Bendjima!

The eldest Kardashian daughter wasn't even phased by our questions regarding her brother Rob's legal trouble with his baby mama Blac Chyna, she just keeeept walking, mouth shut.

Of course this isn't the first time the Kardashian family members have had to keep their mouths shut regarding Rob's relationship. From the beginning, they warned him about Chyna's motives and, unfortunately, it took buying multiple luxury vehicles, hundreds of thousands of dollars of jewelry and having a baby before Rob realized they were right ...

Meanwhile, Kourtney had a sly smirk on her face because frankly, all this Rob drama barely even bothers her. She just spent a week with her model boy toy Younes Bendjima in the south of France so she's feeling awesome right now :)

Poor Dream! Talk about being dealt a bad hand, this little girl has to have Blac Chyna as her mom :(

Amid the ongoing battle between Rob Kardashian and his baby mama Blac Chyna, the former stripper found time in her day to care for her child -- and to get her nails done -- in between appointments with various F-list rappers in her bedroom. Rob claims not only that Chyna's a ho but that she's a drugged-up ho who used him to get Kardashian money by procreating with the formerly and probably newly-depressed Kardashian boy.

But it looks like, so far, Rob's desire to keep Chyna away from his baby hasn't gone legal -- first he and the Kardashian legal team (which, duh, is gonna clean up Lisa Bloom with one hand tied behind their backs) have to deal with the restraining order Chyna's filed that also claims Rob cyber-bullied her and was physically abusive! Well let's see the evidence, Ms. wig-of-every-color! You document each time you have sex with some disgusting loser, do you take photos and video when Rob allegedly shoved you to the ground and hit you? Hmmm ...

What would you do if your ex-boyfriend were on the same flight as you and your new girlfriend?! WWKSD? What would Kristen Stewart do? Well, she just rode it out ...

KStew and her first love RPatz shared a flight from France, returning to LA after Paris Fashion Week and both were in first class along with Kristen's model girlfriend Stella. We're told a few passengers in the cabin were freaking out, whispering amongst themselves and that the former lovers simply nodded at each other to acknowledge one another and then ceased all interaction for the rest of the flight.

When they touched down at LAX, Kristen and Stella went first and Rob's bodyguard held him back so as not to arrive at the paparazzi waiting outside at the same time -- lest they look like they were all three together!

This isn't good.

Blac Chyna's lawyer Lisa Bloom has gotten the ball rolling on a restraining order against Rob Kardashian, and she's looking forward to her day in court.

"We filed papers today, for the restraining order. The hearing is on Monday and I'm very proud to represent her because this is an important women's right's issue. Women have the right not to be cyber-bullied and not be the victims of revenge porn," Bloom told us.

There are multiple reasons the former stripper wants one. For starters, she doesn't want her private photos and information being leaked on the Internet, as it amounts to "cyberbullying" and "revenge porn," but she also fears for her safety and alleges he has been physical with her.

The video vixen claims in her declaration that the couple have been broken up since December, but that this past April they had a blowout fight and Kimmy K's bro assaulted her. Apparently, the sock designer was belittling his baby mama in front of her son King, and when she asked him to stop, he flew into a rage.

"I can say whatever the f*** I want!" he allegedly screamed, and then grabbed her phone, pushed her to the ground, and was "aggressively shoving me by the side of my arm and hitting me on the thigh," she stated.

"Rob has been violent with me in the past and I am afraid to be around him," she reveals in the documents.

What a mess!

Blac Chyna is NOT backing down -- in fact, she's ramping up! Rob Kardashian's ex has hired legal counsel to help her go after her ex-from-a-famous-family and their first step is filing a restraining order against Rob!

Chyna has retained the services of Lisa Bloom -- you know, Gloria Allred's daughter who rep'd Kathy Griffin after that Trump beheading photo shoot thing -- and Bloom says Rob is slut-shaming Chyna in public. She says Rob is a cyberbully who has attacked his ex on social media, posted sensitive medical information about Chyna and intimate pictures.

Bloom says this is a woman's issue, according to TMZ, and that she's fighting for all women who, after they've split from their partners, have been the target of online harassment.

Meanwhile, Chyna's KEEPS POSTING taunting pix to hurt Rob and yesterday some dude Rarri True shared two pix of him and a natural-haired Chyna in bed together. Seriously, when will it end? How many guys HAS she slept with in the past two months? Girl gets AROUND and that's not slut-shaming, that's a simple fact!

Ben Affleck's girlfriend Lindsay Shookus left the actor's Pacific Palisades bachelor pad this morning and headed to LAX to catch a flight to NYC, and she seems slightly overwhelmed by all the attention she's getting. While we're sure she had to get back to work producing SNL, she also might have skipped town to avoid the paparazzi.

The Oscar winner and Shookus spent 4th of July together, after the A-lister put in some time with his kids and ex Jen Garner at a neighborhood parade. Last week, they traveled to London together, and last night they were spotted on a romantic dinner date at Giorgio Baldi. It might seem like a whirlwind new romance, but it's not...

Sources tell us that the two have been seeing each other on-and-off for years, and that Shookus is the real reason behind Ben and Jen's divorce. The Boston hunk and the blonde first met before he was ever with Jen, then cooled off before picking up where they left off when the Hollywood power couple began having problems.

"Jen never wanted to divorce. When she found out about Lindsay, she confronted her during a trip to NYC. She told her she needed to back away because they were working on fixing their marriage, and Lindsay wasn't having it. She basically told Jen that she's been with Ben longer, and that they're in love."

Another source tells us Jen tried to get Ben to end things with Lindsay for the sake of their kids and keeping the family together, but he simply couldn't.

"Ben has felt for a long time that Lindsay is his soulmate. He realized a couple years into his marriage with Jen that he had settled down with the wrong woman, so being with Lindsay has always been his plan. He didn't want to hurt Jen, so it took him years to get out of that relationship. He couldn't be happier to finally be able to go public with Lindsay."

It was the moment the international press were waiting for -- Russian leader Vladimir Putin and U.S. President Donald Trump shaking hands at the G20 meeting in Hamburg, Germany today. After a longer-than-expected meeting, lasting more than scheduled 45 minutes, the two posed for the media and the infamous Donald handshake happened. There was SO much wrapped up in it -- who'd pull away first? Would Trump do that awkward thing where he doesn't let go? Would the end up arm wrestling?

North West hit the park with a nanny and her new puppy Sushi yesterday, and we've gotta admit that dog is adorable! Kim and Kanye bought the pooch as a birthday gift for their daughter, but they also thought taking care of the little fluff ball would prep Nori for another baby sibling. She shouldn't count on a playdate with Blue Ivy in the near future, as Yeezy and Jay-Z are currently feuding.

The rappers have yet to call a truce, but Kimmy K is so over it!

"Even though Kim doesn’t feel like she needs to be BFF’s with Beyonce and Jay-Z, she can see how much this feud is upsetting her husband and she wants it to end. She hates to see him hurting and she knows the pain isn’t good for him. Kanye is more upset about his feud with Jay & Beyonce than Kim is," a source dished to Hollywood Life.

"There was a time when all Kim wanted was for Beyonce and Jay to accept her but she’s over it, she doesn’t feel like she needs their approval anymore. It’s kind of ironic because she’s a big part of the reason this whole feud started. She used to get so upset over Beyonce and Jay-Z snubbing her and that infuriated Kanye. He still can’t believe that his own friends would disrespect his wife. The fact that Kanye always been a super supporter of Beyonce, makes this feud all the more painful for him," the source added.
