"We are considering all legal options and recourses at this time," her lawyer Walter Mosley told ABC News in a statement. The former stripper could have a revenge porn case on her hands, and she knows that means money!

Although experts are differing in their opinions, Kimmy K's little bro could face revenge porn charges for publishing the former stripper's sexually explicit private images on his social media account. Not helping her case, though? The fact that she "liked" several of them, indicating that she wasn't exactly suffering from emotional distress. Either way, you just KNOW she's going to try and sue for a lot of money over this...

The reality star violated Instagram's terms of use by sharing the nudie pix and subsequently his page got shut down. He wasn't stressing, and instead encouraged his followers to keep up with his rants on Twitter. "Since Instagram shut me down everyone peep my twitter lol" .. he wrote before re-posting the XXX-snapshots.
