Soooomebody's desperate! And it looks like it's both Scott Disick AND Bella Thorne!

We're not sure which is worse and more embarrassing -- that Scott went back to the very girl he dissed in Cannes or that Bella went back after being kicked to the curb! Whatever ... these two can't stay away from each other, it seems, as bad girl Bella posted a video of herself eating hamburgers in Scott's back yard on Wednesday and then the two were out partying at 1Oak hours later!

As per usual, Bella brought along a pal, though this time is wasn't her sister. Odd that Scott always wants TWO girls ...

Anything to beat the heat!

Kim and Kourtney took daughters North and Penelope to Color Me Mine in Calabasas today for a little arts and crafts session, and they got all dolled up for the occasion! Scott Disick's baby mama wore tiny jean shorts, a button down and heels, while Kimmy K opted for biker shorts, a plaid coverup, and Yeezy ankle boots.

There's a lot going on in Kardashian land these days! Just yesterday, we learned that Kim and Kanye have hired a surrogate to carry their third child. What we really want to know is if she already has their bun in the oven?!

"Kim and Kanye will use a surrogate to carry their third baby. They are both very excited to give their kids a sibling. Things are great between them. They act very happy together," a source dished to People.

"Kim was never going to let herself get pregnant again. It’s just too dangerous for her. Kanye was initially the one pushing for baby No. 3. Kim felt two healthy kids were enough. As Saint got bigger though, she talked more and more about a third baby. She thinks her kids have grown up too fast. She really misses having a baby in the family. They looked for a while before they found the perfect surrogate," the source added.

It's like these two sisters are competing to see who can have more rug rats!

Caitlyn Jenner ran errands in Malibu yesterday with her new puppy Bertha, and we're wondering how she's able to take the dog everywhere she goes? Unless it's registered as a service animal, most restaurants and stores don't allow people to bring their pets inside. The Olympian must think the rules don't apply to her!

Her feud with the Kardashian clan is at an all-time high, so her furry friend is certainly coming in handy for all those lonely nights. Stepdaughter Kimmy K recently revealed she's not currently speaking to the I Am Cait star at all!

“She’ll always be my stepdad and and always be a person that raised me and taught me so much in life. [She] really stepped up to the plate and took over for my dad when he passed away, and I’ll never forget what Caitlyn instilled in us as kids and was a part of who I am today, so I’ll never forget that. To say I don’t have a relationship, she’ll always be a part of me. Have I talked to her in the last couple months? No," she said during an appearance on The View.

Courtney Stodden is back on the single scene after her split from husband Doug Hutchinson, and we have a feeling she's trying to attract a new dude with her singing and dancing skills. The blonde bombshell flaunted her ample assets and sang along to Lana Del Rey yesterday, and thought she'd share it with her fans!

We wonder how her battle with anxiety and depression is going? She's been struggling for a while now, after suffering a miscarriage and filing for divorce, and she recently admitted on an episode of the The Doctors that she's using prescription pills.

"I was prescribed anti-anxiety medication about a year ago. I was suppressing my emotions and finding distractions, partying with friends and having a different persona. Right now I'm trying to dig myself out of that hole. I want some sense of normalcy now. I don't know if I'm coping in the most healthy way. I'm partying too hard probably. I have been taking anti-anxiety mediation, otherwise I feel like I'm going to jump out the window. I don't want to get into a self-destructive pattern. If I continue down this path then I'm going to end up there," she confessed.

Paris Jackson went on an epic Instagram rant last night, and basically lamented being cyberbullied by her late dad Michael's fans.

"A lot of s**t is said about me and people I know and people I'm related to. This is for the people who don't agree with who I am and what I do. Yeah, I get it. Y’all don’t like the tattoos, y’all don’t like the profanity, y’all don’t like... my free spirit, my outspokenness and how I’m a young chick and I should be quiet," she began.

"I am a teenager, I am doing the best I can,' she continued. 'I’m working as hard as I possible can to make a living for myself and create my own life. I’m fighting for human rights, I’m fighting for animal rights, I’m fighting for the environment. Basically any liberalist movement that will create positive impact on this planet, I’m trying to get involved in. I understand that it’s not enough. No matter what I do it will never be enough and you will never be satisfied even though I’m 19 and I’m working my a** off, it’s not enough," she added.

It took a weird turn when she started talking about Angelina Jolie, though!

"I could adopt s**t-ton of kids, a bunch of f**king charity work like Angelina Jolie and y’all will still be creating rumours about me like you do with her. I don’t really know why people hate me with such a fiery passion, and I can’t figure it out. I don’t think it’s jealousy; I think it’s more than that. Find something else to complain about. Complain about celebrities that are normalising plastic surgery, starvation in Venezuela, complain about our f**king president," she continued.

"Most of my following is usually my father's following and they're a lot older, they watched me grow up,' she reasoned. 'They saw him when he was in his very, very younger [days]. So understand that the older people that are watching me and seeing what I'm doing don't necessarily agree with all of this because they have very conservative views. I need you to understand that I am 145 per cent aware of the privilege that was handed to me and the hard work that was put in place in order to get me to where I am today. I'm fully aware. All this effort you’re putting into me, a teenager? Put it into something else. Hang out with your cat. I’m not your kid; I’m not your daughter," she concluded.

The songstress has been trying to reinvent herself in recent months, and we guess this is what she's going for. It's working though, because her album Witness is #1 on the charts, and she just became the first person with 100 million followers on Twitter.

We bet Taylor Swift is none too pleased that KP used their beef to sell records! The "Chained to the Rhythm" songstress wouldn't shut up about their feud while promoting her album, and apparently that paid off in the attention department.

We spotted Tommy Lee making out with his braless Vine star girlfriend Brittany Furlan after a sushi date in Calabasas yesterday, and we're in slight shock that he's still able to get chicks despite his aging rocker status. The 54-year-old Motley Crue musician seems smitten with the 30-year-old brunette beauty, but she's no Pam Anderson!

The music legend might want to put a ring on it, because his band retired in 2015 after their $86 million grossing final tour, and he's not getting any younger.
