With so many Michael Jackson songs and movies titled, "This Is It" it's kinda hard to keep them straight, but THIS is Spike Lee's official "This Is It" vid. Thoughts?

Hailey Glassman is denying any involvement in the weekend break-in at Jon Gosselin's NYC apartment, which the two lovebirds shared together during their brief relationship. The apartment was burglarized and vandalized (someone allegedly carved "cheater" in the headboard above Jon's bed) and a note bearing Hailey's signature was left at the scene of the crime.

We know Hailey's mad at Jon, but would she really leave this sort of evidence behind? We think Hailey would be a lot sneakier than this, and her lawyer tells us that not only is Hailey being set up, but that she didn't take anything that wasn't hers.

Anand Ahuja released the following statement to X17online.com:

"Somebody is trying to frame Hailey Glassman. My client did not take anything from that apartment that she wasn't told to take - before she moved her belongings out, Jon [Gosselin] told her to take whatever she wanted, and the things that she took were hers, including the TV."

But would Jon really go through all this just to frame Hailey? Or is there another jilted ex-girlfriend out there seeking revenge?

I mean, is there any other explanation for the dorky turtleneck? It's not THAT cold in LA and he does have a bit of a rap sheet when it comes to the ladies!

Maybe it would be better if he took his shirt off and busted out a guitar?

Last night Christina Aguilera and hubby Jordan Bratman brought their son Max to Toscana in Brentwood, and the little celebritot must be pretty well behaved at dinner, because they've been taking him out a lot lately. Or maybe he's a holy terror?

This morning we snapped SJP and hubby Matthew Broderick taking twins Marion and Tabitha out for an adventure, and we can't get over how precious and sweet the girls are!

We already knew that some sort of a weapon was involved in the blowup between Charlie Sheen and his wife Brooke Mueller on Christmas day, but now it's being reported that it was a knife!

A source tells E! News Charlie allegedly threatened Brooke with the knife in the living room of her Aspen rental home, and while DA Arnold Mordkin couldn't confirm or deny the report, you can bet the truth will come out eventually!

Seriously, what's next for these two?

X17online can report that Lindsay Lohan's father Michael will be filing additional charges against his former girlfriend, and while he isn't allowed to discuss the details, he did tell us that his attorney has tried to contact Erin’s legal team "with hope of mediating this before it gets any worse for Erin and even her father, Phil Muller, who might have some legal issues with the FBI himself."

Michael continues to say, "The last thing I want to do is drag (subpoena) people from Erin’s life into court and expose what she has been through and done. I learned a lesson from my divorce, and that is to try to settle things BEFORE you go to court and before other people bleed you for money, publicity and ill advise you, for their own self serving reasons. I only want the best for Erin, I hope to work this out a amicably and pray that she sees that the people who were never there for her, might SEEM to be now, but they are for the wrong reasons and in the wrong ways."

Guess these two aren't going to be best buds again any time soon!

Last night Mario Lopez and Courtney Mazza dined at Katsuya, and it looks like the lovebirds didn't mind the attention from photogs. Hmm, maybe because he's fallen off the radar a bit and she's...someone I've never even heard of?
